The best breakfast in OKC! Free parking is limited. 2 hour street parking is available. Huge place but get get ready to wait for an hour or two. Lots of artisan food choices. Love their food. My server Whit was amazing!

Went here with my girlfriend last weekend and food was great; Nathan F was our server and provided one of the best dining services I've had in years and years. Excellent!

We were amped up about eating here and ultimately let down. After waiting over an hour for a table (understandable as they are popular!) We waited at the table 10 minutes for the server to greet us. She dropped off water and answered menu questions (Gluten-Free items are not cooked separately) she said she'd be back in a minute to take our our order. More than twenty minutes passed. She took at least 3 orders near us (seated after we were) before coming back. Other people seated at the same time had their food before she even returned to take our order. In the meantime, the kitchen is killing it, all the food coming out looked delicious.
I ordered the steak Benedict. The flavors were good, but everything was cold. Egg was overcooked - (see pic). Only two small pieces of steak in the half of it (see pic). Potatoes were hot and delicious. Hubby enjoyed his pancake and sausage. Server never refilled water, checked on us, asked how things were, etc. Just dropped off the check. I did not care at all for the mimosa I ordered, I only had two drinks (it was almost full) and she ignored that it was almost untouched - most servers would ask if it was okay or if something was wrong and attempt to care or fix it. When the check came and she took the cash, it was another 20 minutes to bring us change.
Ultimately I wanted to love it and any issues could have been handled with better service and fixing the food temperature issues.

Some great creative menu options and nice staff. The only downside is the parking and crowd for the space. If you go on a weekday, your wait shouldn’t be bad at all. I tried their beignets with a peanut butter bacon dip—surprisingly good! All the menu items are fresh and they’ve customized when asked. Good drink selection.

Arriving the wait was a little over 30 minutes, fortunately, there was a couple leaving the bar and we were able to sit there. The service was great! Everyone was very friendly & the food was very good as well. Everything came out in a timely manner and cooked very well. My only complaint would be the pricing, we split a check of $70 for 2 people for simple brunch plates & 2 drinks. I don't feel the food was that extraordinary for the prices.

AMANDA, you were golden! A million dollar smile and a trillion dollar attitude served with the highest respect for what customer service really means. So far, the best in OKC hands down for our party of 5! Food was excellent, compliments to the chef. You made all the right suggestions Amanda.

Great food modern and fun. I got Cheftains revenge and it was delicious. Sundried tomato grits with tomatillos braised beef and poached eggs. Amazing. Great service and love the modern style. My mom got the biscuits and gravy and dad got a crazy pancakes. They had some really nice choice of pancakes.

Enjoyed an earlier lunch at Hatch today but was surprised by the crowd at about quarter to eleven. I love the buzz within the restaurant with people enjoying conversations over mimosas and brunch.
We settled down real quick since we opted for the bar seats with just two people. There are also outdoor seating; one shaded and the other just off Broadway. I can imagine these being popular with nicer temp in the mornings and evenings.
I ordered the Tuscan Anne Benedict as I do appreciate a good hollandaise. The presentation sets the tone for a delightful meal. The yolk in one of two poached eggs oozed out onto the prosciutto, blending nicely with the cream cheese hollandaise.
While the other poached egg was cooked a little too long, the toasted sourdough made up for it as I enjoy a gentle crunch in my bite.
The bed of arugula complimented the benedict well the balsamic glaze gave the dish a pleasant tangy and sweet flavor.
Worth multiple visits for sure and I look forward to the dining experience here during the fall.

Not a bad first visit... Was excited to have an adult beverage to start the breakfast off. However their rules say no booze until 10 am...kind of threw me for a loop as I am a professional bruncher....not a big deal. Our server Luis was simply awesome! Even learned a lil Spanish on the visit. For starters the hash brown tumblers was not a bad selection!!! I went with chicken and waffles as I am a connoisseur of this dish. It was pretty delicious. BIG portion! Service and food taste was at a high level...the only blemish was the no mimosa. So there's that.
I will visit again.
Respectfully,
Bryan
