Hatch Early Mood Food

My wife and I tried this for the first time yesterday. We loved it, food was fantastic and very reasonable for a scratch kitchen. Great environment and awesome staff. So for the cost of IHOP you can have a far superior meal and a great time.

This is my favorite breakfast place in the world. The chieftain’s revenge is my favorite dish. It is an out of this world combination of flavors and textures. The flavors are fresh and exceptional. These folks get very busy so try to plan your visit. The staff is friendly and helpful in making your selection. If you haven’t tried the Hatch you need to treat yourself. I love their food.

The food was great, like every other review says. I had the English Lean and Mean sandwich, and it was delicious. I ordered delivery using Postmates, however, so I ordered a $5 side of fresh fruit to go with it in order to avoid the small cart fee you get when you’re under $15. I was expecting something substantial, instead I got two strawberries and about a half dozen blackberries and blueberries. Might have been worth it if the entire container was filled with fruit.

Food was fine. Service was short staffed so not their fault but had a really hard time adequately helping everyone because they filled up anyway. Did their best.

Love this place, got a great vibe walking in. Place looks great... And that's the worst part about it.

Food was amazing got the Monte Cristo and the Denver Omelet 😍😍😍.

The Monte was a deep fried slice of amazingness, decent amount of ham and cheese, bread was delightful.

Kendra was an amazing and attentive server, definitely will return!

I brought 5 coworkers with me to Hatch for my birthday lunch, and it was a first visit for all of us. We came at 12:30pm on a Wednesday, and it was a bit difficult to find parking due to construction, but that's typical to the area. We were seated immediately and given menus by the hostess. Our waiter came quickly and took our drink orders. We all had trouble deciding what to order, as everything sounded so amazing, but we started with the Loaded Tumblers appetizer. It came out quickly and impressed everyone.

After placing our order, we had fun checking out the modern decor and dancing to the club-ish music that was unexpected but not too invasive. The food came out in decent time, and everything was correct. All six of us were very happy with the quality of the food. I had the biscuits and sausage gravy, which came with 2 eggs I ordered over-medium. I added a side of bacon as well. We all swapped bites of each others' orders, so I tried the Classic Benedict and Monte Cristo with french fries, and all of them were very tasty. The portions were just right. We also had a brief visit from the manager, asking if everything was good.

My one small complaint was that adding a side 3 strips of bacon was $4, with my biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs already being $9. The waiter also didn't refill any drinks very quickly, but that could be due to a lot of factors. Overall, we were all very impressed and I will definitely be back.

Great service. I don't want gravy on my chicken and waffles or hot sauce. I want tons of syrup. Did I say they have great service! Good potato tumblers

The food was good. What I like is that everything was light but very filling at the same time. The only thing I didn't like was the bacon it was like they cooked out the flavor. I would definitely go back again

It was so nice on the patio. The food was fresh and so yummy. Will definitely go again.

Went here on my birthday with my family I’m proud to say this is one of my most memorable birthdays ever. I had a great time the food was fantastic and I’m so glad my step mom picked the restaurant. I had the chicken and waffles and it not only was it tasty with the gravy but also very appealing to look at. They also gave me this birthday pancake it was so pretty.
