** Update Below ** Pretty disappointed with how our first visit here went. The food was good. But the service we received was not. Also when we left we realized we forgot my sons sippy cup. We turned right back around and couldn't find it, we asked our waitress but she said she didn't know, then she said to ask the bus boy or the manager (who wasn't there apparently). So I guess they just threw it in the trash. We won't be returning.

UPDATE
Editing my review for fair representation of this business. The manager got it contact with me very quickly about how our first experience here went. They were exceptionally considerate and we are hoping to return soon.

Man I absolutely love this place. I'm not home much because I travel a lot for work, but make it a point to go to Hatch when I am home. As small a thing as it seems, but their coffee is really good. And don't even get me started on those hashbrown tumblers! They always have great vibes and amazing food. What else you you ask for?

Happened on to this restaurant driving around. We were looking for a place to eat breakfast and came across this. I had the lean mean egg sandwich. I guess a semi low calorie option, on a whole wheat muffin, egg white, turkey sausage, and smoked cheddar cheese. It was quite tasty. $10 for a small sandwich probably a little high but it was a nice experience.
The restaurant was full but we were able to seat ourselves at the bar.

Usually my buddy and I come in early and eat together, just a thing we do.
Today we came in and had his girlfriend with us.
I ordered 2 eggs over medium sausage and bacon.
He ordered eggs Benedict and she ordered a bowl of oatmeal.
We also got 2 cups of coffee,1 cup of grapefruit juice and 2 spicy bloody Mary's. Our total was $89.xx and I left a $10 tip + cash on the table.
This is the 3rd time this month we've been there and all 3 times the eggs were over hard and sausage was burnt.
I won't be returning again..
$100.00 for lowsy food. If you can't make something as simple as over easy eggs you shouldn't serve Breakfast.
UPDATE.
I EMAILED THE PERSON THAT COMMENTED BELOW AND NO RESPONSE.

We loved the food! And everything sounded so good it was hard to choose. Perfect place for brunch, but busy!! Be sure to get there early.

Oh my god DELICIOUS!! This now a place we will be coming back to often. Such great breakfast, the service was great, although we did go on a Wednesday which wasn’t too busy. Our waiter gave us great recommendations. Their hash browns are balls and they are sooooo good!! Such a fun place!! So recommend!

It is worth the wait if you happen upon Hatch during a busy time! FYI there is a neat "lobby" area in the back with a restored Buick while you wait. As the front can be packed. All the staff were amazing and the chefs are talented. All of the food was amazing! Atmosphere is great as well. I tried a mimosa with Malibu Rum and it was great! Highly recommend anything in there menu. I was in town for business when I googled and found this place. I will definitely revisit when I am back.

Heading out of Tulsa, we decided to visit Downtown Oklahoma for breakfast and ran into Hatch Early Mood. Set inside the old Buick building, this place was a treat. Coffee was great and tasted fresh. Everyone in the place had something different to eat and all were great choices. We struggled to figure out what we wanted but eventually settled for a huge chicken fried steak for me and an omelette for my wife. The CFS was not greasy at all and was noticed right away. Great flavor and the spices used on the batter was on point. The steak itself was also very meaty. Not like most CFS where it's all batter. The omelette was delicious was cooked well and everything freshly made. Great place for breakfast and worth the visit.

Overrated. Mediocre at best. This was not worth the wait. The wait was around an hour, we put in early on Yelp before we left. We got there and there were still 11 ahead of us... so we ended up jumping to the bar since that was open seating. We ordered the beignets, but they were hard as a rock, the dipping choices weren't great. One was already sitting in the orange hollandaise when it was brought out. The chicken fried steak was thin, not much meat... All the breading fell off the steak. The eggs smelled like dirty water, when I told the waitress they smelled funny all she said was "that's fair" and nothing else. Not worth the hype or the price. Not a good value for the money.
