Cute spot. The poinsettia was larger than expected and I loved it! My boyfriend had the classic with a side blueberry pancake and hash brown tumblers. He loved it. I had the lox and bagel and wasn't too impressed. The amount of smoked salmon you get compared to everything else on the plate is absolutely not portioned. I would not recommend the dish but everything else about the place was an experience.

Food was pretty good but everything was very sweet. The bacon was tasty but expensive. 4.50 for 3 slices...
One of the employees stood behind us, almost our entire meal, loudly talking about her kids to another table. It really killed the vibe. On a positive note our waitress was great.

We tried to come here on a Saturday around 11am but the wait time was nearly 3 hours long. So, we came back on a Sunday morning, but earlier, around 8am. It was not crowded at this time, so there was no wait to be seated but man was there a wit for food. It took over 30 minutes to receive our food. The waitress we had was awesome, welcoming and kind. However, we noticed the other staff drinking Starbucks, standing around chatting while other parties were also waiting for food. I’m understanding now why wait times are usually pretty long. This is a scratch kitchen, so everything is made homemade. Their well-known has brown tumblers weren’t as good as expected. They tasted like bad towns mixed with the raw flour, the texture was off and there wasn’t much flavor. The Benedict Johnny was my favorite part of the meal, the braised pork was delicious along with the grit cake. The egg unfortunately was over cooked and hard in the center. We also ordered the panokcake which had bacon, pecans, and bourbon maple glaze. Again the pancake tasted like it had been make on a sheet pan, very thick and tasted undercooked. The bacon we got as a side was inedible as it just tasted like pure grease. Overall, there isn’t much pulling me back to this place. Prices are reasonable and there are lots of options but the quality isn’t there. The waitress we had was great but most staff seem to be waiting around which is probably the reason for the extreme wait times. There is a parking lot, the inside is industrial and neatly decorated, outdoor seating for warmer months. Overall, I would pass on this restaurant and not waste 3 hrs on a wait list.

To start, this is a beautiful restaurant. Clean, well laid out, pleasant, and upbeat. The food is phenomenal and fast. Made fresh and balanced with the right taste and texture. Cooked to just the right temperature that the food is hot when it reaches the table, but cool enough to eat immediately. The customer service is beyond my expectations and personable. I would give more stars if I could. Shout out to Diego for his service and help, thank you.

Food is GREAT!!!
We ordered the breakfast classic and french toast and additional sausage!
Everything was great! No complaints whatsoever!

Service was great. I did not wait for long for the food to be served. Our server nathan was very prompt and professional! Hes a gem!

Place is clean and loved the high ceilings!

Pricing is justified by the food they serve!

Lovely place to have breakfast 💕💕💕❤️❤️
I will definitely recommend this to everyone!!!

Great food altogether and lots of options. Tried the eggs Benedict flight and really liked the different styles, especially with grits (and loved the style of grits). More adult coffee drink options than I have seen at most places, which were delicious!

We had great service here. The restaurant was very busy, but the waitress, food expo, food runners, and other wait staff did a good job. Everyone was clearly working hard (especially the cooks). We ordered Beignets, Chicken and Waffles, the Benedict Johnny, The Classic Plate, and a Kids Pancake.

Everyone was satisfied with their food choices. The Beignets were hot and fresh. The sauces could be better. Most of us liked them best plain, but if we had to choose a sauce, the Nutella one was the least disappointing. The Chicken and Waffles wasn’t over-the-top delicious like it can be other places. The Benedict Johnny was very good. A great balance of flavors and textures. It wasn’t as spicy as I thought it would be, but it was still VERY GOOD. The Classic Plate was, you know, basic but well executed. The Kids Pancake was good and HUGE for a kids meal. The Tumblers look cool and you want them to be awesome, but they were just okay flavorwise.

We’ll probably go back.

The food was ok, but the cafe is super cute. My husband had the chicken fried steak and grits and said it was just ok. The flavor of the grits reminded us of Mexican rice. I had bacon, eggs, and a gluten free pancake and everything tasted good. Nothing special to rave about. The hash brown balls are a neat idea and taste good.

Hatch was quite literally one of the best meals we've had that wasn't made in our home. It's hard to find food this good anymore. I had the Benedict Johnny which was fabulous from beginning to end. My husband had the kitchen sink and ate every bite. I wish my "loaded" tumblers had more of the cheddar hollandaise and bacon. I think I'd call what I received "topped" instead of loaded. Overall, still absolutely amazing! Thanks so much to Nathan for being a wonderful server. He offered advice on our menu selections and offered to bring me a coffee to go without being asked. Top-notch. Also, they're more than happy to make any substitutions you request. My weird 13 year old wanted waffles with chicken tortilla soup and I told her she couldn't order it that way out respect for the kitchen staff. Then Nathan suggested she sub the side of bacon, that she didn't really want, for the soup. I'd drive from Durant 5 days a week to eat here if there wasn't so much construction on 35 🤣

Super friendly service and always delicious food, each time I've been here! The tumblers are always delicious, and I always want more! The photo is of the Coyote omelette, and it was very flavorful! The pancakes are also great, as are the benedicts that I've had on past visits. The only downside is there is always a line to get a table as it is, rightfully, always super busy and loud with narrow walk ways to tables, but the style is nice and the wait is worth it.
