We went in for brunch; he had the steak and eggs, and I had the Cinnamon Apple Pancakes, and both were amazing! We enjoyed the food AND the service. Plus, the General Manager, Derek, was very polite and courteous when he came by to check in on our table. We plan to try them for dinner very soon!!

Atmosphere is unbeatable and our waitress was beyond friendly. Unfortunately, the $18 City Burger left something to be desired. For the price, the overall the atmosphere promises something that was never delivered. A medium well burger comes well done, a side of sauce never arrives and the lack of attention draws away from the great atmosphere. I hope this is different in weeks to come. It’s rare that I leave a mostly full plate, but today was one of those days.

I rented out the upstairs balcony for a graduation party and I cannot rave enough about City & State! Not only were the entrees delicious, the atmosphere was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful and kind! I highly recommend dining at this fine establishment or reserving it for your next big event.

Went to OKC for date night with my husband and we decided to try City and State. I had the roasted chicken and my husband had the pork tomahawk. Chef Ivan did a wonderful job, both were delicious. You can't beat the atmosphere and beautiful decor. Definitely will return in better weather to sit on the patio.

City and State is fantastic. This restaurant serves as the centerpiece to a micro-district that has popped up just off the already great automobile alley, nestled in-between other good spots, very walkable! The ambiance is stunning, a masters class in design - City and State somehow comes off as exquisite & high end but also cozy, hip & unpretentious. Beautiful spaces down at the bar, but also in traditional dining room, lounge area & beautiful outdoor patio with great view. They have it all. Like for real. The food is great, whether you want a bar snack, burger or something more high end you can find it here. The cocktails and bar staff are excellent. I can't wait for many more visits to City and State.

Awesome vibes, has a real modern feel when you walk in. Waiter was great, hostess was kind. The music was so good that my 1yo made his own dance floor by the bar and the staff was really into it! Food was alright, we got the bolognese and the trout. Our food came out pretty quickly, 20-30 mins. Overall I felt like this would be a place to go late night for drinks, but not for food. I do have faith that this place will be a top tier restaurant in OKC in the next few years.

I had thoroughly enjoyable time there. To me the food is the best part, for sure makes me want to come back. The environment is just amazing and generates a vibe. Not my first time eating here and excited to come back again to try the newer brunch menu items. Definitely recommend for anyone to try!

My friends and I came here last night for a birthday dinner. We loved the food and drinks were good! We had a very attentive waitress who was training a new hire and our waters were never empty and they checked on us quite a bit. They were out of a few ingredients/drinks yes but that was to be expected since they are still getting the kinks worked out. We gave them grace since it is a BRAND NEW restaurant after all. Loved the overall vibe of the place it is very glam. I will be back!

Location, atmosphere, drinks, and service were wonderful but the food was very disappointing for the price. My roasted chicken tasted good but only came with a little bit of gnocchi (maybe 10 pieces) and 2 pieces of broccolini. Not worth $26 dollars at all. Others at the table complained of overcooked trout. The risotto was also very disappointing and more like sautéed rice. Our friend said my spouse makes better risotto at home. The restaurant was not at all busy while we were there so no excuse of an overwhelmed kitchen.
Overall, it’s a great place for drinks after getting a better dinner elsewhere. We rarely go out to eat at places this pricey and I was so disappointed we wasted money here.

Service was so friendly and sweet. I loved my avacado toast and my husband had the steak and eggs. Smaller portions so maybe order something for the table along with entrees. This is a beautiful spot and the cocktails were so yummy.
