True North Coffee and Cafe

Staff is nice but the products are just bad.
This was the second time going there
The cinnamon roll was just plain stale
Tried microwaving it twice and it helped the center but the outer rings were just beyond help. The hot chocolate was terrible. Would have ordered a breakfast sandwich but none on the menu

The atmosphere is nice. But the coffee was absolutely terrible. I had an Americano and An iced pumpkin spice latte. The Americano was the worst I’ve ever had. It was bitter and had a tea aftertaste. The latter was shaken for some reason even though that’s a completely separate drink. It was also very bland. Almost as if it was already watered down right after making it.

Way over priced.

The work area seemed very disorganized and I kept with all the papers they have lying around and exposed chemicals underneath.

Friendly, comfy, yummy, even saw some good entertainment there, too!! We love their iced coffees, machiattos, flavored iced teas with coconut milk and the treats are good, too. My favorite is the blueberry loaf. They also have a drive thru!

5 stars just isn't enough for this place! We absolutely love visiting. The staff is amazing, quick, and friendly and the drinks are even better! The atmosphere is cozy with good music, couches and table games for folks of all ages. Stop in and try them!

The staff is always very friendly and the coffee is great! The only place I go is here! It has a nice calming indoor atmosphere, great coffee and a fast paced drive thru what else could a customer want?

The owner is awesome and she really knows what she is doing. The coffee is awesome with decaf, dairy free, and sugar free options. Definitely need to check it out with their easy drive thru then you'll be hooked.

Fabulous local coffee shop! Sweet baristas and delicious coffee! They sell lots of local treats, as well. Wonderful atmosphere inside & outside! True North is a treasure in Lancaster, OH!

I absolutely love True North they have some of the friendliest staff and one amazing owner. They are very creative when it comes to creating new drinks on the spot. Fast service with a genuine smile.

The coffee here was some of the best I've EVER had. So glad I went!!!

Yummy caramel macchiato! Went through the drive through, first time stopping. Attendant was professional, friendly and informative about their rewards program. I will go in next time to look at their pastry offerings.
