We stopped twice this week and loved it! The coffee was delicious! The second time we also painted and everything was very user friendly and easily explained but staff was happy to help or answer questions if needed! As an autistic adult with an autistic daughter, I Love that it's also helping support a great mission.

Very cute and delicious coffee shop with a great paint-your-own-pottery section! Definitely recommend as a cute date or family outing. Only downside is the pottery is a bit expensive, but it's an all inclusive price and makes sense for what you're doing. :)

There is a woman who works the counter, and she has dark hair and a small frame. I think she typically wears a square seven sweatshirt.
If it helps, I was there today, Feb 2, about 10:15 and got a SF cold brew and a house syrup iced latte.

But I wanted to take a few minutes and give her all the praise in the world!
She is such a joyful and amazing employee! I work in downtown and we always go there for coffee, and she is always so positive and makes us feel so welcome!
Every time I see her, I know our coffee is going to taste amazing and brings a smile to my face because she is so welcoming!

You have a very special employee on your hands, and I just wanted to take some time and give her credit. This employee has gained 3 loyal customers!

Had a great time! Definitely planning another trip to paint something else. Wonderful atmosphere, loved the option to enjoy hot coffee or hot chocolate while painting. I spent almost two hours painting my travel mug, while it only took my dad and aunt about an hour. We arrived at 8am to avoid the crowds, which was nice to have the space to ourselves. Several more groups were there when we left around 11am.

This place was alot of fun! We arrived late on a Saturday and didn't finish our pieces so we came back a second time on Sunday to do so. Dozens of fun pieces to choose from and a good selection of glazes. Tools and techniques available to create your own one of a kind piece. I'm really looking forward to seeing the finished pieces soon. The buckeye frappe at the cafe was fantastic too, very decadent way to finish our visit.

It was super fun! The staff was so helpful and it just was an overall great atmosphere!! The live music was a nice touch as well!

I brought my daughter and for the second time to try to paint something and we were almost asked to leave again because it was an hour and 10 minutes until they closed.
Besides that unwelcoming feature, we absolutely love it there.

We had an absolutely wonderful time painting and getting treats a week ago one afternoon. My wife and I even purchased the refillable coffee mugs to return daily throughout the week. However, after a long wait to pick up our son from school, and after finding parking, we stopped in for an afternoon, pick me up. My wife was made to wait to use the bathroom so they could clean both restrooms at the same time, rather than one at a time, leaving one for the customers. Upon mentioning this, I was juged as rude. I was, past tense, Feeling extreamly guilty, so I went back to apologize to the manager the next day, only for her to further judge me, and actually berate me in front of her employees telling me this is a place of kindness, and that my honesty was not welcome. I hear you on the star level but never saw your full perspective for keeping customers waiting to only be able to clean one bathroom at a time, but have the keys in the cleaners possession for both bathrooms while doing so, does not make much sence to me, because it leaves no bathroom available to the customer. There are always two sides to actively listen to before passing judgment.

Absolutel none of what you wrote was accurate. I never spoke to Ryan once, only while at the counter. To tell him congradulations for beating your best time in swimming. You are the one whom is busy on google. Trying to defend making someone wait to use the restroom who simply asked to use the one not being cleaned. It was a nice touch of kindness never listening to me judging me when it is quite obvoisly a simple change to clean one restroom at a time, which you would rather prefer to lie than adress the obviouse elephant in the room. Most businesses simply appologize make a change if logical or economical, and move on, stating the customeris generally correct and keep it moving, while you seem to be going out of your way to use lies and faules evidence. You do not own disabilities, nor is asking if my wife can use the bathroom not being cleaned is rude. But glad you felt the need to black ball, or refuse service to my entire family including my wife who said absolutly nothing, and an innocent 6 year old. Which says everything we need to know. your are extreamly dishonest and lack scrouples whenever your athority is questioned. ALL of my reviews of Lancaster businesses are 5 star and not a single manager, clerk, nor employee can say one negative thing about me or my kind, and very abused, but extreamly happy family who love Lancaster after moving here a month ago.

Your responces say more about you then i even need to, and your treatment of 2 completly inocent people from a simple misuderstanding, adds more plausability to my version of the incedent.

Thank you for stealing our $40 in refillable cups, then refusing service for a misunderstanding. Seems apropriot.

Went once wit family. Pricey. Limited on objects to paint. Date night paint night probably be so nice. This activity is a MUST GO

This was a lot of fun! Cute little coffee shop where you can create a work of art! The staff are really helpful and nice. I'm thinking it would be really relaxing to go in even by yourself with your music playing in your headphones and work on something. But it was a lot of fun doing our projects tonight with a group of family members!
