Absolute worst customer service experience ever. They had a box of glitter out so my table used it. Not once did anyone tell us we couldn’t, not even the woman who came to write our ticket. Now they can’t fire our pieces and we’re out $80. They didn’t offer a refund and the woman who spoke to us about it was incredibly rude.

My family and I had a great visit painting and drinking coffee!

Wonderful coffee, friendly staff, and all done with the underlying bedrock of a great social mission!

The customer service is ridiculous. I have been going for a while now. My friend and i went and it was her first time. She was suprised no body told us what to do or how it works even if i had been going there. They don't say welcome or anything.
I seen a mentally handicapped person getting yelled at by an employee in front of everyone.
I still am going to continue going there however because theres no place else to go in lancaster.
I hate everyone who works here and girl with long dark gresssy hair needs fired.

This is my favorite place to grab a coffee and relax. They have a lot of different ceramic pieces that you can paint. It's so much fun. The staff is awesome too. I dont reccomend for kids under 3 though.

I was very excited to try a new ceramics place. Upon arriving, we were greeted and explained a very minimal process. We picked our pieces and had to guess what table we were being placed at. After choosing our pieces, we sat down and then waited because we weren't told further directions. I figured out the next step and then we went to try and find our paints. They were a mess and had a hard time finding the majority of the ones I wanted. No explanation was given on the paints or anything we were supposed to do. The brushes at the table were filthy. They were stuffed with old, dried paint and after attempting to wash it out, it failed. Therefore, colors I wasn't using, were ending up on my painting. No one even checked upon us to see if we had any questions. Actually, we hardly saw the workers at all. We had no idea what to do once we were finished, so we went to check out. No bit of conversation was made, other than to tell us the total. I was not pleased at all.

This a jewel and an asset to our community! It's a great option to take your kids when the weather closes you indoors, especially when they're driving you nuts bc they're bored with their million and one toys. Enjoy doing something for yourself & / or family; something unique, fun, productive, & creative!
P.S. A hand painted ceramic makes for an unforgettable, impressive, yet inexpensive holiday gift!!! From you or your children!!!

Really solid and chill environment. They don't rush you at all. The food and drink is pretty good too.
