This use to be my favorite place. But quality just isn't there the espresso taste sour or metallic. The drinks are not balanced well. Old favorites are no longer good as people are not measuring and seem to only make drinks how they like them. The breakfast begal sandwiches are very good though.

No joke this place may have the best breakfast sandwiches of all time

Coffee and atmosphere are pretty decent. The WiFi during this visit was not working properly. It would connect and then disconnect several times. Happened on two different laptops (with different operating systems) independently. No alternative networks were available. Had to drink my coffee and leave to find a better network option.

Coffee was really good. Breakfast sandwich was also good. Service was okay. They could make the process a little more clear but after the first time I know how things work now. I'd recommend and will return.

This is my favorite coffee place! The service is wonderful and friendly. I love the coffee, especially the Maple Macchiato! You have to try the snickerdoodle cookies -- so fresh and soft and good.

LITERALLY THE BEST COFFEE IVE HAD!!!! - the options of flavors tree city has year round are amazing! you can mix flavors, get different types of milk alternatives, lattes, cold brews you name it!!! my favorite by far has been mixing cookie butter and toasted marshmallow in an iced latte with oatmilk! it’s about a 10+ minute drive from my house but boy is it worth it!! if you’re thinking about giving tree city a try i highly recommend!

I go here a lot and usually enjoy my experience. However, the past few times I’ve been there the staff treated me very rudely. I took a couple of my friends here a few days ago. I ordered a large Carmel ice coffee and stood waiting for my drink for 15 mins. Although, My friends had already received their drinks. I was very patient, and kindly asked them if maybe my drink was forgotten. Two of the employees laughed at me and said it’s been ready. They handed me and small cold brew and when I asked them to correct the size they ignored me.

This is a wonderful average sized coffee shop with good character and really good coffee options.

The interior is themed around trees, fittingly, with decorations and some seats designed around trees.

They have a pretty good variety of coffee options, as well as sodas, tea, and regional wines. Their drink options are generally good, and I think their iced/frozen options are better than other area competitors.

Food options are generally acceptable. Pastries are mostly standard but taste good and fresh. I like their peanut butter sandwich selection, which is probably their most unique offering here.

The staff are very nice and seem to have a good working culture, getting along with each other and customers.

They have a variety of drinks and the atmosphere is nice!

There are two other coffee shops very close by. They are more welcoming than tree city. Twice I have ordered a coffee and had to wait past people who ordered after me. Then they laughed at me. Go to bent tree or scribbles. They are so much more open to all people. Not just entitled, privileged white women. Give our local Kent small businesses support when they appreciate your business.
