The coffee was great as usual but we got bagel sandwiches and they were horrible. The bagels were cold, not toasted, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and the slivers of bacon were on the same 1/8 of the sandwich. Definitely will not order sandwiches again.

Great little coffee shop! Loved the convenience of a drive thru, as I had my dog with me. The iced vanilla latte was on point.

The atmosphere was nice. However, after about 30 minutes of waiting for a bagel, I went up to the counter and asked they just told me it wasn't ready. I waited about another 15 before I just left. They never took my name and people that came in after me got their food before me. My drink and pastry were fine, but not a pleasant experience overall for my first time there. The staff seemed to not care when I had brought my concern up as they didn't bother to check when I brought my concern up to the counter.

I have only been here once, so must qualify my review with that. For coffee shops and pastry shops one cannot give a solid review until you’ve been there a number of times. However, my oat latte tasted good and was piping hot, so just for that a good review is in order as so often I get fancy lattes and the temperature is disappointingly… warm, just warm. The other positive aspect was the two, presumably, college aged employees making the drinks. The one in the short sleeve chambray was talking about moving to “I dunno, the Pacific Northwest. Maybe Northern California” where “there’s stuff going on”. They pondered moving back to Ohio someday after adventuring through their twenties. If this isn’t the most Midwest coffee shop talk, I don’t know what is. Right on man. Move somewhere you long for, following the crowd isn’t bad. I didn’t follow the crowd and now I live in Bangor, ME. Oops. Or maybe move to Bangor and make the crowd? I dunno. Anyway,, this is the exact type of conversation I want to hear at a college adjacent coffee shop. So stars for that. Minus a star because not enough mask wearing happening.

Such a great place to grab a coffee with early in the morning, or even mid afternoon! The employees are so sweet and kind every time my girlfriend and I stop by. DEFINITELY THE BEST COFFEE IN KENT!

This was a great little college cafe to visit while in Ohio, it’s was fairly quiet which was nice for the morning we went! The outside seating was small but it felt great outside so I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about if it’s nice out.
The layout of the store was a little weird they had a photo booth kiosk inside and it was an open one so it would take photos of the whole restaurant! (I think) along with this huge thing I’m the middle that ended up having us wait a bit to long for our food.
3 of us went. I ordered just a nice bacon egg and cheese bagel which was amazing. Best bagel I think I’ve ever had. My partner got a jelly bagel and I can’t remember what her sister got. Now onto the only real problem we had. While ordering I was never asked for my name so I figured they would bring us our food when it was done. Well I kept hearing what I thought was my name being called but I was never sure when I would look around. No one would make eye contact with me or wave me over. I think I heard my name called four or five times. It wasn’t until I was getting angry that I stood up and went to check that I saw our food about to be thrown out. Other than that this place was great!!!

How could you jot love this place. It’s so aesthetically pleasing on the inside I l or studying here. When they lift up the garage door I feel like I’m in a little cafe in Italy or Soho. The coffee has never been bad, not ONCE. Yes it’s expansive but all coffee shops are. There are only 2 restrooms and they’re clean. The staff is nice and pretty. The drive through it built on a hill so drive slow and carefully if you have an old car but I’ve never waited more than 2 minutes for my coffee and food. They are heavy handed with the bagels so you’re getting your money’s worth. It does get crowded when the weather is nice so you may have to sit a little closer with strangers but that’s okay!

If your staying at the Kent State Hotel just walk down here for breakfast instead of paying double you'll get better food and great coffee for for half of what you're paying at the hotel and it's good!

We had caramel cinnamon latte and butter pecan latte. Super delicious, glad we stopped by
