A big cake shop and cupcake store. They also have a gift shop and a coffee place. The cup cakes are presented very well. But the frostings are a tad bit on the sweeter side for me. The also have a lot of cakes for birthdays/occasions. The staff are friendly and polite. The coffee (cappuccino) was ok.

Requested a special cake for my 4 year old!

Amazing wedding cake, flavors were perfect and they got the vision that I wanted!! We added the flowers and toppers after delivery and it brought it all together ❤️

I love the food and atmosphere here. Honestly, everything is always delicious, but the service is incredibly slow even when they aren't busy. The wait staff stands at the bar talking and doesn't even check on the kitchen. They don't seem like they care one bit. I sat at the bar, ordered as soon as I sat because I knew what I wanted. Walked out after waiting an hour and 15 minutes for food to come. Asked my waiter to check on it once and he just shrugged his shoulders. Not even a piece of bread if the kitchen was slow. I walked across the street to Park Grille and got served in ten minutes!

They alway do a great job. We mainly get the strawberry or marble cake.

Ele you continue to amaze me with the ability to ALWAYS take my vision and turn into the exact thought I had in my mind! The creativity of your cake design artist obviously love the work that they do and I wish I could thank each and every one of them individually! Thank you all so much for your professionalism, skill and availability . I will never spend my money anywhere else!

I needed a birthday/graduation cake, and they exceeded my expectations. This is the 2nd time they have exceeded my expectations. I will be back again.

I ordered a strawberry marble or swirl cake for my mother’s 50th birthday party, they told me “no problem!” But failed to tell me that they simply don’t make strawberry swirl or marble, so they made a full strawberry cake instead.

When I called to express what happened, they offered a $10 gift card, because we ate the cake at the party… Why wouldn’t I serve the cake?, the cake is a major staple of a birthday party, no one is going to say “STOP don’t eat the cake!!” To over 50 people. Unless it isn’t done or something worse.

After I stated that, they offered $25 back.
I really wish they would have just been upfront and said “We don’t create our strawberry cakes like this but maybe I can interest you in (what ever else they could offer).”
My order would have been an easy up sale order.
Instead she returned a partial payment then quickly hung up the phone up on me, while I was still talking.
