My husband knows ele' is my favorite place for cakes. He ordered a red velvet cake for my birthday. The day he picked it up Thursday 5/14/2020, he saw a strawberry cake and he got that as well. We celebrated my birthday and the strawberry cake was very moist and delicious.

The red velvet cake was very dry and not good to eat at all. I was thankful he saw the strawberry when he went in to pick up the red velvet cake. We ate the strawberry cake instead. The red velvet cake went in the trash.

I've had their cakes before, but I decided to get one of my own for my birthday. Was able to pick up early. Everything looked and tasted amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

Picked up my Lemon Birthday cake this morning. It was a very pretty cake but was disappointed at how dry the cake was.

I ordered a floral cake (white cake with butter cream frosting) for a baby shower event. The on call representative was cordial to take the order. The cake was ready on-time. The quality of the cake was too good. But, I am not satisfied with the butter cream frosting as I feel that it could've been more buttery and less sweet. It was so sweet and hard that no one could have the cake more than half of a serving size.

My cake I ordered for my daughter birthday looks terrible!!!!!! The top smile face is coming apart and the swirls are just thrown together while the W is all messed up.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for the personalized cupcakes for my 5 year old. Due to no party again this year, we tried to come up with something extra special for her big day...AND ELE' DELIVERED. This is always our go to for Birthday's, special events and just because they are the BEST AROUND! THANK YOU for the Giraffe and Tiger cupcakes!! 🎯😍💖 PERFECT!

This is a difficult review for me to write because I've had many experiences at this location. As a patron, I'd say that the baked goods are wonderful. I've ordered custom cakes that were amazing (see photos) as well as the other mass produced desserts that were also fantastic. However, there used to be a pretty posh wine and coffee bar that elevated the entire experience (but it is almost never up and running when I've come in the last year).

The negative part of this review is related to the "cake decorating class" I attended recently as part of a bridal shower. Initially, the cost was $25 per person, which if we were getting a demonstration, would have been fine, however, a women came into our party or 10 and spent 15 minutes with us and left. The worst part is we felt like an incovience even though we had reserved the room for 2.5 hours. It was very disappointing.

The reason I land on the rating I have is that when we expressed our disappointment, they worked with us and lowered the price considerably. That coupled with my positive experiences as a regular customer, helps me to say 3 out of 5 stars.

Craving cake and got a buckeye-topped chocolate peanut butter cupcake here. It was fine. It mostly tasted refrigerated, if that makes sense.

I stopped in this morning to pick up a treat for my husband's birthday. The ladies were so friendly! I bought a coconut cream pie and he LOVED it! He said it was the best he'd ever had (and that's really saying something since his mother was known for her pies!)
