Really good artisan coffee. Warm atmosphere. Friendly service.

This place has obviously been meticulously thought out. From the drinks and food to the energy and atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind and takes pride and care in what they do. This is definitely my favorite cafe in the region. Nothing else comes close.

What else can I say? Everyone else has said everything that needs to be said. Space, decor, seating, and a delicious Americano. The barista who assisted me (I didn’t catch her name) was helpful and delightful and didn’t give me a pretentious vibe I’ve experienced at another coffee shop up the hill in Highland Square. I bought a bag of beans I’ll try tomorrow. I will certainly be returning.

Excited to have this new spot in the valley! Popped in this morning with my daughters. The baristas were very kind, coffee was great, and the music was one of my favorite genres - Spanish chill :)

The owner is kind and friendly. My coffee was delicious, and the atmosphere is relaxing and beautifully decorated. Great place in the valley for grab and go coffee, sitting down for a coffee date, or catching up on work. Can’t wait to come back!

Delicious tea made with love. Friendly service with a smile. Chill atmosphere with relaxing/uplifting music or an international football game playing in the background. Great location in the Merriman Valley. I love Portal West Coffee!

We had great tea lattes here, I appreciated the time taken to craft an authentic matcha latte, the service was great too! Happy to see a coffee spot in the valley.

It was my first visit. Staff were willing to share the menu and personal favorites. I will go back soon!
