WildCow Coffee & Cream

Management needs to be more involved this is a fairly new store and could be alot cleaner. Only one person running front and drive thru and pretty much only getting drive thru out, been waiting 20 minutes and only got our sandwiches were very tasty but still no drinks and not even started making them yet we only ordered 3. 4 cars have come and gone with their drinks so far. Need more smiling employees she doesn't look very happy but can't blame her since she doesn't have help. Ordered donuts and now 20 minutes later I asked about them and she said they don't have any right now and she didn't ring them up when I ordered them.

We went through the drive-thru and nobody answered for a few minutes. We then went to the window and nobody answered. We then called the store and someone came to the window just to tell us they only had chocolate ice cream. Not a great experience.

This coffee shop has a good menu but it has the laziest and slowest employees of town. They'll make you wait for an hour in the drive-thru and if you take the order for inside is the same

I'm not going to try to add to the slew of bad reviews. I would say that yes, the barista's do you need a bit of training. But they have ice cream too, and another plus is that they're open a wide range of hours. The espresso that they use is from a stellar company in PA. If one could get a few instructions across as to dialing in the espresso machine, good coffee could be had.

Service is HORRIBLE!! I waited 30 minutes for a 32oz moo moo mocha… I work at a coffee shop myself and if I took this long for a drink I would be fired… it’s ridiculous how horrible their management and customer service is.

No cherries on sundaes. Very very very seldom have vanilla and chocolate ice cream at the same time, which makes the twist cone they advertise impossible! Takes forever to get your order if and when they have what you want. Shakes and malts are not filled to adequate amount. Just go to the store and get the ingredients to make your own.

The coffe could be better, bagels are fine. Service ranges between moderate and above average. No problem stopping here for a cup of coffee if 204 is closed as long as I manage my expectations.

Absolutely horrible! Had to take one drink back because it was so nasty, the donuts were soggy, and our breakfast sandwiches were so rubbery it was hard to chew! Don't even get me started on how long it took for someone to even come to the window, let alone the total time to get everything 😠. Definitely NEVER going back to that place again!
