I have to say that I do love the ice cream and the coffee is decent. However they are very slow at the window. Their should always be enough people to take orders and someone making the orders and someone to clean. A lot of young people work here and most are pleasant. Definitely needs better time management. No one wants to wait nearly 10 minutes for an ice cream. Starts with management tho. Manager needs to be a little more presentable and personable herself.

Ordered 2 coffees, we were told they would be warm (not hot) which was weird but we said fine-we were then given 2 basically cold coffees with curdled milk. 8$ for cold, disgusting coffee with rotten milk

This place is so slow! I ordered 2 red bull chargers and a blended mocha. The staff didn’t inform me they only had sugar free redbull and the cream just curdled in the drink. The blended mocha tastes like blended coffee. No chocolate/mocha flavor or sweetness to it….it was very bitter. We trashed all 3 drinks and went to latte da. 45 minute wait for 3 drinks and about $20 down the drain. Will not be returning.

The wait in line was horrible. Only two other vehicles ahead of me and it was about an hour and a half plus wait. So I sat in line for about 15 minutes before I got up to the telecom. Then when I got to the telecom I literally sat there for 20 minutes before I spoke up quite loudly and then someone came over the telecom and took my small order of 3 swirls in a cup. Then after I ordered I looked at the time and it read 730. It wasn't until 8 that I finally got to the window and then another 15 to 20 minutes until I got my order. I saw at least 3 people in there... So why did it take so long? I don't know what they were doing in there but I do know that it wasn't customer service. My advice to anyone wanting ice cream is to just go to cash wise and get yourself a pint. 15 minutes tops and no hassle.

I don't write reviews about companies usually, but the lack of communication and professional courtesy that I experienced at WildCow was unacceptable. My wife and I waited in the drive through for 40 mins. 30 mins of that time was without response or update on what was happening. Then when we went inside they told us that they were out of most everything. Very disappointed and I will probably never recommend them to anyone again.

I can't even begin to explain the horrible experiences I've had here. Terrible, unmotivated employees who clearly were not trained. Cashier argued with me about something on the menu. Then after waiting 20 minutes for my breakfast sandwich told me it wasn't available and did not offer a refund for it right away as I clearly was not going to wait for another. After the sandwich had been sorted out I still had not received my coffee and had to ask for it. When I received it, the coffee was cold and all the syrup had settled to the bottom. I've been here twice and each experience was terrible. I will not ever be returning.

Very modern and clean. Definitely modern rustic if there were ever a thing. Good food, great shakes. Kind staff and really nice restaurant included in the coffee shake house. A lot of seeting for many or just a few. Great atmosphere. Will go back every time I go to Watford!

Used to be okay. They won't take your order at the drive up so then you go to the window and they will come up to the window and spot you and just turn right back around. Just call them and they just might decide to service you, also they are always out of something every single time. We just waited for 20 minutes and called and they still wouldn't come to the window to service us.

Ice cream ice good, I highly recommend the jitterbug. The wait is ridiculous tho. I came at 8(they close and 9) and from the tome I pulled up to the screen to order to the tome I got my drink was 26 minutes and I was the only person in the drive threw. And it seems to be a long wait each time

Visiting my granddaughter in town and decided that I was in the mood for a chocolate malt so stoped in to the cow. Best malt and the young lady LILLY great attitude and work ethic, the place was closing the staff was doing the cleaning and Lilly was still warm and very welcoming she said she was kind of tired, apparently she does a full load in school, then several hours at work and homework. Think I'll be back I enjoy positive people that do a great job.
I think this young lady will go a long way In life.
