First time visiting. Had a bit of a wait (10 mins) cashier was apologetic. Ice cream was pretty tasty. This was a German chocolate ice cream

The shakes we got were great and staff was great but I found out that staff isn't allowed to wear jackets unless they are company bought and those are $40. Those young girls are freezing they can't even wear long sleeves without getting a write up and potentially being fired. It's below freezing out and they are working the window without proper gear. Should definitely be illegal

As stated in previous reviews went through the drive through no one answered, decided to go inside and the young lady had her head phones around her neck, when I asked if the drive through was open she hesitated and said yeah we answered but yall had already drove off. I've worked at Starbucks and when working the drive through were never allowed to take those off of our heads might be a reason if yall are losing buissness

I live on the road, literally, and always seek to find unique coffee shops while traveling to add to my life's adventure.

This coffee shop is one that you most definitely should put on your stop list. It's in the new building, and is very modern and trendy. The main barista is very experienced, and is very helpful. they have very creative and fun names for their various drinks.

At our stop, we got an ice cream specialty and one of their specialty coffee. There was no disappointment.

I stopped by the drive thru and waited maybe 5 minutes tops. They should have a sensor informing the en that there is someone there. Either way I ended up leaving and going somewhere else for my coffee this morning.

Pulled up to the drive through and had to say hello to get someone to speak. They told me to wait, which I did. 10 minutes later I drove off as no one would speak to me or take my order. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Drive-through is horrible takes hour just to get through one car. They're losing business because they're not working fast enough.

I waited in the drive-through for a while and no one answered so I went inside. There was 2 boys sitting at the counter. I thought they were customers, they were just playing on their phones and an ipad. But then the younger of the 2 boys nudged the other guy to let him know I was there he got up and proceeded to tell me all the things that they did not have available and that the card machine didn't work. I said I don't want any of that and I have cash. He also told me they're only allowed to make to go orders. So I ordered and then was told that they didn't have ice cream either. The last time I was here was about a year ago and it was pretty awful too. I don't know why this place is even open.

Been here many times....and last couple of times was questionable...but thought I'll try again. Why did i...now ..ill have to work on that. Its a problem with in myself.
Never will I waste my money here ...again!! I ordered 2 items. Iced coffee was the worst ive ever had.
As I watched kid make it....I was like omg. Barely any coffee...becuse the coffee pot it was in was empty...he took off the cover to get the drops out that were left...he added 1 pump of syrup and barely ice...I asked thats how ur doing it ...he laughed and stated he was rainbow. I said there's not even cream in it...he laughed again. N poured some in.
The other drink was a pink fruity one soooo sour not what it was supposed to be at all.
They were both dumped out. I cant believe I didn't just walk out!!!
It took forever for the 2 drinks to be done.
Again more of a problem in me.

Went through the drive thru and got 2 sundaes and a kids cone. Very tasty ice cream treats!
