The Food was Great,The Employees Were Superb,The service was just great.it was my first time going there.A perfect 10.Also the Restaurant was clean.

I have been going to this location since I moved to watford city 4 years ago. As of late I have avoided eating there as the employees either forget to ring up what you order or just plain forget to put it in the bag or make it. Also as I'm eating my country cobb salad I noticed mold in my boiled egg completely ruined my appetite.Then when you call in to let them know they messed up No one ever answers the phone. So as of today I will no longer eat there. Sick of bad service.

Good staff great healthy food

Wanted to clarify my earlier review. We’ve eaten here many times. It is one of the better restaurants available in Watford City. The food has always been good. I placed an online order around 11, by 12:07 it still wasn’t ready. I was informed by one of the workers that they were 30 mins behind on orders. They did have an extremely large order before smaller ones. I guess that’s what slowed them down. What I took issue with, was the lady who seemed to be in charge. She was very rude, telling me and other people that it was at least a 30 wait. That was first thing off the bat. Not welcome, we will be with you as soon as possible. Nothing like that just we’re 30 mins behind. When I asked if she had an estimated time frame for when they would get to my order, her response was I have no idea when they will get to it. I asked for a refund, and she told me they didn’t handle that, I would have to get it from the third party who handles the online orders.

The owner contacted me not long after and apologized, and refunded the money. I appreciate the owner taking the time to do that.

I’ve worked in food service before, I understand getting behind sometimes. What I can’t handle is rude customer service.

My husband and I are leaving this place after eating here for the first time and we're already planning our next trip back! It's delicious yet healthy. We couldn't get over how perfect the sandwich bread was; warmed to perfection! It's more expensive than Subway, not by that much and when you try it you will completely understand why. Double thumbs up for Smiling Moose! We left smiling 😁

Absolutely my favorite place to eat in Watford! I always get the BBQ Bacon Mo. Definitely make sure to get extra napkins. My husband likes the salads and has tried lots of the options for Mos and has never been disappointed!

Pretty amazing sandwich shop. Hit and cold sandwiches available. Also has wraps, salads, soups, vegan options, customization options, and create your own menu. Friending staff, great food. Expect a short wait if it gets busy with a lot of hot sandwiches, as they cook everything to order. None of this "hot food sits on a steam table" nonsense. 4/5 due to the wait, but would visit again or recommend to others. Check it out!

I love the food but the hours say closed at 9pm and they always close at all different times why have a time to closed and tou closed at 6 one day 7 the next and 8 one time.

Thanks. I don't get a lot of time with my family, and wanted to have what I could for a "nice" meal with my kids before heading back to work. 3 of 4 of the sandwiches had hair in them, they ALL were wrapped upside down so there was no way to pick up the sandwiches without dumping out the ingredients "HAIR".... I'll never be coming back and be doing my best to let as many people in this small town about my horrible experience!!
