I absolutely loved thier burgers here. They are to die for. I never thought about putting hotdogs on my burger until i ate here. Trust me when i tell you that it was delicious. Best burger i have had in a long time.

Ordered 50 bucks worth of food that was brought to our shop. I called and told the manager that my burger was missing the sandwich was missing the hotdog in the all American sandwich which keep in mind costs $11.50. She asked for me to bring the sandwich back and they would make the hotdog.. I let her know I wasn't able to leave the shop because I was alone. She also said she would just remake it too. I said sure let's do that. I will be in later (hour later)...

Came in on time, bought a drink to eat with my burger and sat down. Manager comes up and says I needed to bring the burger with me ( not explained on the phone )... only options she had was to give me a voucher valued less than the burger at only $10. I just asked her to remake the sandwich since I haven't eaten lunch yet. She said to use the voucher and pay the difference of 1.50 if I wanted a sandwich.

Pay 11.50 for an incorrectly made sandwich to then pay another 1.50 to have it remade. Never in my life have I had an interaction like this... our shop will not be ordering from here going forward.

Ended up going to Hardee's across the street for lunch. I still can't believe that it was the store manager that pitched this either.

Food was delicious (I only got my order though), service is horrendous. First time we went in, they got my boyfriends order completely wrong, even though he was clear on what he wanted. First was, we had ordered for eating in, they gave it to us to go. Second, the missing batch of fries - first time he had to get up and go to the counter. Third time he had to get up yet again because they got his burger completely wrong. At this point we were both irritated and disappointed. The waitress had come back to us a couple of times to ask exactly what my boyfriend had ordered and at that point he asked for a refund. Tried to go back a second time yesterday to see if they can redeem themselves only to get rejected right as we opened the door. Their winter hours for Sunday is 10-9 (sign is posted right on the door) and it was about 7-7:30 when we got there. Change your sign or lock your doors if you’re going to be closing early. Never coming back. Extremely disappointed because the food was actually very good. So I gave 2 stars.

Great sandwiches. Great soup. Burgers are good too. I don’t like their soda machine. It’s out dated!! People are friendly and tables are usually clean.

Lol. This place is a joke. Always!!! I repeat… Always have your order wrong. I watched 3 people in front of me set down at dirty tables and wait 30 mins for their food and the orders were wrong as well as mine. Always the same excuse. Someone is in training or “”everyone quits bc manager has hissy tantrums “” that is a quote from a employee as a reason why they are slow…not from me.
Food was always good though even if it wasn’t what I ordered if that’s a consolation prize.

I’ve given them many tries over the past year and I’ve had my last stop there. I’ll drive to Williston from now own when we want the Moose.

Good food. Extraordinarily overpriced. When I say overpriced, I ordered a double patty burger, a single patty burger, a side of fries and a side of cheese curds.... almost $35! And I just read a review mentioning the filthy tables and I can second that. This is Watford City, not that busy, clean the tables! That should embarrass the management and ownership. There were TWO clean tables in the ENTIRE restaurant!

I hadn't been to this place since late September. I have boycotted it because the service was so unprofessional, the food very expensive, and it took forever to get my food.

Fast forward to yesterday (April 14, 2021.) I was a bit dismayed to learn the menu had been changed and my favorite sandwich was no longer available. It was replaced with a selection of burgers.

I decided to make the best of it and tried to order a burger. The poor soul running the cash register was woefully unprepared to take my order. It took me repeating it at least four times as he tried to plug the information into the cash register.

In the interim some lady from the back was literally screaming information to him which caused additional confusion. This yelling continued until after about 10 minutes, I think my order was placed.

The poor soul running the till told me my order would be "right out." I went to fill my soda cup only to learn Sierra Mist and Lemonade only served bitter soda water. As I waited 10, 20 and 30 minutes for a hamburger, the staff continued to yell at each other like a bunch of muleskinners. Finally, after 35 minutes I forfeited my $15.00 meal and left. This is the first time I believe I have ever written a response to a "restaurant". All I can say is don't go there. I will never return.
