We travel for our job and decided to try the place in watford city had it two times in two weeks and it was phenomenal both times. The manager Mia is her name I think was great to deal with. She actually took my order last minute before they were getting ready to close and didn’t have any problem with it. If you come to watford city make sure to eat here!!!!!

Great food, but this place is dirty. Can’t find a clean table to sit at. Every single table has crumbs every time I come here. Makes it even more discouraging to try eating in, so I always do take outs. Come on guys, it doesn’t take long to have someone come wipe to tables clean. It’s ridiculous!

I feel like this place has gotten worse. Tried to call an order in today and it rang off the hook, I tried for over an hour periodically. After, I tried calling again and it goes to busy every time now, did I get myself blocked lol? Or are the phones no longer neglected all of a sudden?

Day 2 Edit: they messaged me and I went in the next day and they fixed all the problems to make sure they doing right it's great food and worth the stop

Day 1: DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS DINING IN it is good but didn't get the whole order missing 2 brownies and a drink and didn't get my bowl of tomato soup had some weird soup and a none soup thing potine had no gravey or chesse on it

TL;DR : online order messed up but it was fix the next day

I called up here to order food for my husband. I was told they did not have a delivery driver today, and was also told they did not have the Energy rock star drink. My husband arrived to pick up his order and called to let me know they definitely did have the rock star energy drink and they had not put the brownie in the bag and also said the girl who was the delivery driver was sitting in the restaurant.
I called back to ask for a refund and to speak to a manager and was told they don’t give refunds and the manager was in Williston.
I’ve ate at this restaurant before a few times and had great food and good service and am extremely disappointed in the service I got over the phone with the employee who didn’t bother to check to see if the rock star energy drink was there and my husband told me he won’t be returning to your restaurant due to the poor service and the sandwich was poorly made.
With our current economic situation due to the pandemic it would be in your best interest to provide excellent service and care in preparation of your customers food as we are the ones who keep your establishment open and running so you earn a living.
For the manager who was not available- please train your staff better in providing honest answers to your customers and better service.

We arrived near closing time, but staff was very cordial and helped us with our ordering. The tomato basil soup was delicious and just the right temperature. Our salads, wrap and sandwich were delicious too. We were very pleased with the service, food and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Been here a few times. Today we went in for our lunch break and the lady running the register asked the kitchen staff to come run the register because she needed a mocha and the kitchen started yelling that we would have to be understanding because they had a full resturaunt and only 3 people working. That got me out of there in a flash. I've been in the resturaunt industry and if you wanna complain about having customers you should get a new job. No customers no paycheck. Also the last time I was here the lady in the kitchen was loudly complaining about how dirty the kitchen was while she was making our food. This place needs some serious management improvements...
