Prairie Sky Breads

Prairie Sky Breads is definitely one of our favorite spots in downtown Minot. The atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting, the staff is very accommodating, polite and kind, and most importantly, the food and drinks are top notch! We highly recommend the cardamon knots!! And our pups enjoy the dog treats we bring home. They have an adorable set up of bakery toys for kids to play with, which our 6yo loves! PSB also offers local beer from Atypical Brewing, and so much more. Go check this place out! You won't be disappointed!

Best bakery in Minot! I've been here many times and tried everything from the sourdough breads and scones, the pizza, soups, and various coffee drinks. Never been disappointed! The staff are always very friendly and the weekly rotating toasts, soups, and specialty pizza means there's a reason to visit often. The sourdough bread is fantastic and I usually take a loaf home. The pizzas they make on the weekend are pricey but well worth it! Whether you're catching up with friends over coffee, picking up a pizza, or bringing rolls to a family dinner this is the place!

This place has an amazing atmosphere! The aesthetics have a very homey, old school bakery feel. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.

I loved their coffee and their scones are out of this world! They offer many other delicious delicacies and they have vegan options.

The breakfast sandwich was beyond amazing!!! You cannot beat that avocado spread! Also had a blackberry lime scone that I was supposed to take home but ended up eating there. The atmosphere was great and the best sit down coffee I have had. Will be taking my family here!

I absolutely love Prairie Sky Breads! As an employee, I can confidently say that the quality of the food is unmatched. The menu rotates weekly, ensuring that customers always have fresh and healthy options to choose from. The environment is perfect - it's cozy, welcoming, and has a great community feel. The bakery/coffee shop/cafe concept is such a great idea, and the fact that everything is made in-house with high-quality ingredients really shines through in the taste. And as an employee, I can say that the work environment is healthy and supportive, making it a great place to work. The community is truly blessed to have such an amazing establishment, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal, coffee, FRESH HAND MADE BREAD, the BEST pizza in town or just a comfortable place to hang out.

Delicious! Breakfast sandwich was incredible. The bread was fresh and oh so good. Coffee was made to order and plenty of indoor seating with space between tables. Service was quick and staff friendly.

The food is always excellent, and they have an option to purchase day old bread/pastries for a cheaper rate. The atmosphere is very welcoming and a great spot to sit down with your laptop and do some work. They do tend to have weird hours so just be sure to check before stopping by. I highly recommend checking them out!

They have the best pizza in Minot hands down. They also have a new weekly special pizza each week that makes it fun to try out new and exciting pizza combinations that you will not find in any other place.
