Surrounded by high ceilings and an upbeat atmosphere, you can nestle into a chair next to the large windows and quietly enjoy your coffee, red bull burner, teas, or thoughtfully handcrafted beverages.
This particular day, they had a few tables of children who were making a craft via a group class. I awaited my pizza (seriously the best pizza in town!) and enjoyed looking on at the bustling scene before me, cup in hand, allowing time to tick by before leaving with my veggie pizza +pepperoni.

I love that they run weekly specials whether it be the type of sourdough baking, the sandos, soups, or pizza of the week. Be sure to check their FB page for these and also their tiktok for the friendly humans and their vibes as they partake in the trends♡

Nice place. Friendly. Variety. Gluten free bread was crumbly. It will be used as bread crumbs. Food tasted great.

Great first experience, HUGE caramel rolls, and delicious most importantly

This place is AH-MAY-ZING! The quality of literally everything is excellent; fresh bread is just the start! The soups are rich in flavor and are not the usual boring same old same old. The lattes are perfection, I have never once had to have a drink re-made due to error. They are always willing to make something vegan for me, even if not on the menu. The people working there are also a breath of fresh air. You can tell they care about enriching the community. This HANDS DOWN is my favorite place in Minot. PERIOD.

The spicy grilled cheese was the best, unbelievable. They also provide the bread for Iron Horse across the street, whose burgers are also out of this world.

The kids loved the little play area and my wife loved the cucumber-lemonade. I had a chai and it was delightful.

Very cool vibe. Weekly menu options, so keeps variety. Breakfast items are morning only. Pizza is after 5pm. Very friendly staff. Serves wine and beer as well, and live entertainment.

Stopped in with a friend. It's a cute lil place and the staff is friendly. I got an Italian soda and a scone and bother were yummy! Next time I'm in Minot I will definitely stop in again!

My wife and I go to Prairie sky breads every Sunday afternoon for lunch coffee and board games. We love all the food every pastry, sandwich, cup of soup and pizza I've had from here it's always been delicious! Some of the friendliest most welcoming staff that I've ever met. This is definitely my favorite coffee shop in Minot!

A great little coffee stash. It is very roomy with 10 to 15 tables. The music is on the light side mostly and it’s not blaring so I can’t hear each other talk. It is a quaint place with a relaxing atmosphere.
As for the coffee, I have found it very comparable to Caribou coffee. The pricing is reasonable and the coffee is delicious. It’s not overpowering the strong and at the same time it will give you you’re needed caffeine buzz. All in all, I will say is a great experience and I’m pleased every time I stop in! I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.
