The Sawmill Cafe and Catering

Only speaking as a breakfast house - they are reasonably priced. Portion sizes are generous and they have pretty standard breakfast fare as well as fruit. Staff is pleasant as well. I'll have to keep them in mind for lunch.

We went in there tonight and the 3 of us all ordered the Cajun chicken and shrimp. But one wanted no cajun, one wanted some and the other wanted full. We were all VERY pleased with the meal and very full from it. Will definitely be back many more times!

Grilled pork chops w/grilled veggies and apple cobbler. Yummy!! Very friendly atmosphere, clean restrooms.
Great prices. Haven't had anything in past visits that wasn't delicious.
Can't wait to have another meal there.

Prompt and friendly service; good food; fairly spacious layout allowing for some reasonable distancing; an excellent choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner when you are in the Castle Hayne Road area.

Great omlette and sausage gravy n potatoes

Took 2 friends out for lunch. The service was incredable. They were at a busy time for lunch & it only took maybe 3 min. to get a seat. The order came quickly & tasted great. Had plenty to eat & we all took some home with us. I would give them a thumbs up. 😎

Extremely rude young man seating customers. 10am Sat. We left. His attitude and remarks were offensive. I am an elderly woman that is not expecting to have my feelings hurt waiting to be seated at a restaurant. So disappointed in the Sawmill Restaurant.

Great food. Almost always great service. There's only been 1 not good service experience, but I haven't seen that one in a while.
