Grinders Caffè

Absolutely amazing to say the least! Walking in, I felt so welcomed by the whole grinders family. Made me feel right at home. The staff is so down to earth, kind & helpful. The owner is incredibly sweet & loves her customers! Lets not forget the huge menu, delicious drinks and goodies! 10/10 recommend!

I love this coffee shop, the quality of the beverages etc. are the best around and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming! It saddens me to see what appears to be a coordinated effort to slander this locally owned business, with fake accounts initiated by a few disgruntled ex employees. Do not take these reviews as fact. Pay them a visit, I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

I’d be okay spending $7 on a coffee at a small business IF employees were paid a fair wage but they definitely aren’t at grinders. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews from the past two days, if the owner got employees to write them in the past then who knows who else she can bribe to write them. Take your business literally anywhere else.

100% a complete vibe! The staff are a bunch of lovely fairies who add a scoop of love to every drink. The play great music and are the truest of local one can get...the coffee from Java Estates, food from local bakeries, and wonderful goodies from local artists! Also love, love, love how kind and respectful the owner and manager are!! They're always smiling and welcoming to EVERYONE who walks through the doors.

amazing chai lattes! probably the best in Wilmington. Girls who work there are always very nice, and it's a very cozy environment. i wish they were open just a bit later, but i understand staffing is a big problem everywhere right now

i used to really like this place, The honey bunny latte was extremely yummy but after finding out that grinders service people with mold in their coffee cups and they refused to pay their employees and also call the cops on the employees who are just trying to get a paycheck that the business promise them I will not be spending my money here ever again and I will definitely advocate for other people to do the same. Learn how to treat your employees with respect and dignity. your shady instagram post about negativity with the comments turned off is wild considering all the negativity is coming from the business. I know what it’s like to be paid less than the drink that you’re making an hour. disgusting.

Has completely gone down hill since I moved to town. Last time I visited, my one drink was so expensive I couldn’t believe it. I still am pretty sure the boss who was working and rang me up that day added several extra things when she charged me. After that, I walked over to the vibe to look around while I had my coffee. The entire time the same boss who rang me up followed me from and register and all around the store like she thought I was going to steal something. And on top of all of that, there was a dead roach in the bathroom. Will not be going back when there are better options down the street.

I visit often and these are the friendliest and most helpful people. Best coffee shop in town! I encourage anyone living in Wilmington or just visiting the area to never pass up a chance to visit Grinders.

Awesome place, awesome staff, awesome coffee, awesome open mic... did I mention that Grinder's is AWESOME!?
