Great selections of baked goods..awesome banana muffins and everything is natural ingredients. Sell coffees as well, haven't had any so far. Cozy atmosphere and unique gifts

Delicious food, local meat and produce, and run by the sweetest family. Great book selection too. Highly, highly recommend visiting this gem.

I special ordered a cake for my son's birthday and it may have been the best cake I have ever eaten. The cake was moist, and the deep chocolate ganache frosting was amazing. Everyone loved it!

Do NOT miss out! Stop in and enjoy! It is all delicious, but the jam bars and key lime pie are our house favorites (and both are gluten free).

This place was well worth a visit! The shipwreck latte was great, as were the cookies. The local beer selection was also awesome, and the upstairs area was so cozy and comfortable.

We had planned to celebrate my wife's B day up at the island and a good friend recommended we try this place for a cake. I called Thursday and spoke with a lady who explained she could have one for Saturday. I said I would call right back and I did about 1/2 hr later but no one would answer. I left a detailed message and never heard back from anyone. I kept calling through Friday and no one would answer. Finally I had a friend call and they answered the first time.......odd. They then, rather unapologetically said it was too late. Dont have an answering machine that says you will call RIGHT back if you actually wont. Not the sort of service you expect from a small business and its just too bad because now my only word to others will be to not try this place.

This place is GREAT! Baked goods are delicious and they have a great selection of local brews. The store is quaint and the upstairs reading room relaxing.

A bakery/book store! This is one of those charming hybrid places that probably only can exist in microeconomies like topsail. Buy a fresh sticky bun, find a vintage grisham, then sit down and let the carbs and cases wash over you. The staff remembers everyone, loves kids, and doesn't care if you get icing on the merch. The baked goods are fresh, with plenty of gluten free options. In the summer, it's hard to beat their popsicles.

It’s a coffee shop! It’s a bookstore! Or is it a bakery? A gourmet market? A farm stand? Or a vintage shop? Maybe it’s just a little slice of heaven.

This Bakery is so much more than scrumptious baked goods. It has coffee iced and hot and books galore. A quiet place upstairs to think or dream. You must go.
