First off this is one of my all time favorite bakeries and coffee shops. I love the jam bars and the salted caramel brownie paired with an iced coffee (they use coffee ice cubes so it doesn't get watery!).
The space is awesome with a little book shop upstairs. I come and sit up there with my kids while we have a sweet treat. Tanis and Sam are also great, they are super welcoming, do a lot in the community, and run a number of events throughout the year like beer tastings, book expos, etc.

Their baked goods are delicious and they are nice enough to make drinks dairy free when asked! The library of books and eclectic odds and ends make this place an ever-changing relaxing escape! The owners are super friendly and it’s like a little piece of home when we walk in the door. I recommend stopping here whether you need a caffeine fix, hot or cold beverage, and delightful snack, or just a breathe of fresh air! You won’t be disappointed!

Quaint little bakery and coffee shop with delicious everything. Also doubles as a used book and toy store on the second level which is pretty neat. Loved their coconut latte and lavender chai.

Appropriately named, I didn't find any sugar-free.

Sugar Island is such a sweet place! All of the baked goods are amazing especially the jam bars! Definitely worth trying... flavors range. I’m a fan of the raspberry and the blueberry! Tons of books to browse and an eclectic, little sitting area upstairs.

AMAZING!! We went multiple days and tried plenty of their products. The key lime pie is outstanding, the coffee is delicious, we also had a cinnamon roll, macaroons, crumb cake, and brownies. It was all so good! The woman working there is very friendly and the store has a great atmosphere! Go check it out!

The best coffee & book store you could ask for! The place is adorable and so cozy. The staff is welcoming and the pastries are phenomenal!

This is such a cute little bakery and bookstore. They are family owned, all of the baked goods are made in house, and the upstairs is perfect for relaxing, playing a game/putting a puzzle together, or reading one of the many used books on offer. Not into Coffee, ice cream, or baked goods? No worries! They carry artisan beer as well.

Cutest place ever! Coffee was amazing, as well as the pastries. Had to stop in a couple times before we left.
