Lake Mountain Coffee

Perfectly serene atmosphere- a great place to sip coffee and get some work done. 🤓👍☕️

We were just walking around historic downtown Statesville, and were about to walk by Lake Mountain Coffee, but the owner was outside and said hello to us and invited us in. He showed us around and shared his story - what a great place! The coffee was fantastic. It's an amazing step back in time, the 2-floor building is open air, with an incredible wrap-around balcony that circles the interior of the entire place. We have been many times since. This is a "must see" or "must experience" and the staff is always very friendly and makes great coffee drinks.

I love this atmosphere and the delicious products that I have gotten! These were our Mocha Shakes! Yummmmm

The cutest little place! Amazing coffee and fair prices. The barista was also a ninja. Holding down the joint in the middle of a rush with nobody having to wait. Will return if I'm ever in the area again.

Why do those with lactose intolerance get taxed for having to choose a non dairy option like almond milk? The cost of almond milk is the same or less than that of a good quality milk.

Was there for a morning appointment. I will definitely be back!

This was a great little find during our visit to Statesville. Our drinks were delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. Also, as a musician, I was delighted to see several music instruments sitting in the window just waiting for someone to help themselves. I enjoyed playing a little rhythm on the cajon and when I did, another customer grabbed the guitar. Nothing like a little impromptu jam session.

Visited for a baby shower.
Private area upstairs in the loft area provided a cozy ambiance to the shower.

Fruit Smoothies and coffee provided by Lake Mountain.

Staff was courteous.

Great new place in Statesville for coffee, beer, wine, sandwiches, meetings or relaxing! Need more parking but that’s not their fault
