Lake Mountain Coffee

Love this place. I go at least once a week. Great place to meet up with a friend or get some work done with delicious coffee. They also have draft beer, wine, local desserts. This place is the best. I find excuses to be downtown just to go here.

Always has good coffees and smoothies, never have been disappointed by staff there. Love the nice calm atmosphere and the live music they have sometimes.

Finally! A great downtown coffee shop that is so awesome, you want to just take your computer and work there all day! I love the upper balcony for privacy and a great view! They have some good sandwiches for lunch and wine! Come check it out. I might be there;-)

A place to hang out and have fun. I really love the way the space is set up. It's both spacious and cozy. Tons of coffee and alcohol beverage options. And parking is super easy for out of town visitors.

Had coffee here yesterday, having never been before and craving something NOT McDonalds like.

The staff were reasonably pleasant and the coffee was very hot and flavourful.

The prices were average for the market. We can not speak to the baked goods as we did not try them.

Fun little coffee place, right on the main drag. Worth the visit.

Beautiful coffee shop, great place for one on one work meetings or a place to just sit and soak up the atmosphere.

Super cool place! It's got the bottom floor with the corner having a guitar and ukulele for playing. The people working there are nice and friendly. The drinks were great! I always get matcha but my brother loves their coffee. There's also an upstairs that looks over the bottom floor which is super cool. Free wifi of course.

Barista toasting skills - Needs Improvement (twice now I have waited for her to toast my bagel while making coffee’s only to get to work and discover it isn’t really toasted). I’ll toast it myself from now on.

Reply to owner: Thank you but as I already stated, I will toast myself. For as long as my bagel was in the toaster 2x, to not be toasted at all is disappointing and not worth having to explain.

Great atmosphere... Everything was very clean and orderly. The sandwich we ordered was delicious and the chai latte was great as well.

Nice atmosphere, plenty of seating, very open. I had a white mocha that was just about as good as any I’ve had before. I bought a bag of the Statesville’s blend coffee beans and it might just be the best coffee I’ve ever been able to make at home.
