Haven’t had waffle mix the past 3 times I’ve gone. I can understand the low supply of food but i don’t appreciate the rude remarks made by the staff members when I ask for something out of stock. Haven’t had a good experience here in months.

Which is better, the waffle or the coffee? My answer: why not both?! This cafe has that modern, industrial Raleigh feel to it, while upholding a relaxing environment to enjoy a coffee or nice breakfast / brunch in. Weather it's a meat-up, a date, or simply a place to escape the library for a moment and study, Benelux is that place. ALSO, they're dog friendly! So you can bring your best friend with you and while you enjoy a waffle, they can have a nice dog treat. 5/5 stars

I like this place a lot. I live pretty close and like to walk up on days I work from home to get out of the house. Coffee is always good and there's always pretty cozy vibes. Staff isn't always the most cheerful in comparison to other shops, but by no means bad service.

Flavorful coffee. Locally owned and operated--team is friendly, professional, fun and attentive. Like the vibe, decor, people. Delicious Belgium waffles are a MUST for anyone who has never tasted them! Tasty, locally roasted coffee. Not too strong--that you feel the urge to add cream, just strong enough. My only 2 points of criticism: 1) inadequate seating despite lots of empty floor space (some of which is occupied by large coffee bean bags) and 2) counter top is too low for comfortable seating.

Kombucha on tap and best waffles!! The place has ample of seating for larger groups and also have seating outside. They also offer a variety tea and coffee. I m yet to try those out but i know they will be great. And dont forget to check out the big mural on the call made of coffee beans.

Great coffee with rich flavor and amazing waffles! The atmosphere is super chic and urban but with a nice downtown vibe. The staff is very friendly and helpful! This is a gem of Raleigh!

Great service and a very chill atmosphere. I find it a nice place to do some work or geeking. They have a range of coffees and lattes, plus some yummy waffles. They also organize a bike ride every Tuesday evening and feature new art each month for First Friday.

I don’t frequent this place as often as I’d like because it’s on the other side of town, but I really enjoy the atmosphere and quality of drinks/food.
This place is great for casual meet-ups. If you’re looking for a coffee joint to sit and chat, other than the mainstream chains, this is a great place to visit!

Don’t get the hot chai. I spent $7 for trash 🚮 super upsetting
