The only reason I'm taking stars away from this restaurant is because of how badly regular deep cleaning is needed throughout the facility. The restroom looked as if the porcelain was the only material that was ever cleaned. We sat outside, and there were cobwebs all over as well as what looked like mold and mildew. The back door wouldn't stay latched and also needed a cleaning. It just made me wonder how clean the kitchen was if the guest area was this dirty.

That being said, we ordered a split roll and a shrimp basket, and they were solid. Really don't have any complaints about food or service, as both were fine. I would definitely return if the place looked like it had been cleaned. That's really the biggest issue here!

Nice restaurant & bar with a real local feel and atmosphere. Not fancy at all. But, the menu offers a good selection and variety (something for everyone's taste). Prices are reasonable. The food is very good!

Our first time there. Our waitress was fantastic! The food was excellent. I always love an opportunity to eat outside, and this is the Best Ever....Ever! There was No Smoking and that made the outdoor eating perfect for me!!!
The staff is very friendly and everyone smiling. Also, this little seaside town is absolutely adorable. If you ever get a chance to visit, I highly recommend that you do. The restaurant and people had a very happy upbeat attitude.

Definitely a must do if you're in oriental NC. I had the shrimp and scallops penne and it didn't dissapoint. Huge portions without sacrificing the taste. They didn't skimp on the seafood either.

One of my favorite restaurants in Oriental. Literally everything on the menu is great; I've never had a bad meal here. The quesadillas and shrimp basket are particularly good. Even though it's not directly on the water, it's easy to boat in and walk over. Service is always good.

All of the restaurants in Oriental that we ate at were great, but M & M's was fantastic! Ample portions, seasoned and cooked perfectly - outstanding service and atmosphere. Highly recommend visiting when in town!

Delicious Christmas Eve lunch, crab cake on a Greek salad and fried flounder sandwich, both fresh and cooked to perfection. Friendly, efficient service, and proper Covid precautions. Highly recommend

I ordered the soft shell crab sandwich lunch special with one side. Absolutely delicious. The house salad was great. It was worth the $1.00 upcharge. My husband ordered the small house salad & bowl of crab corn chowder. Everything was perfect. Our waiter was outstanding. We will definitely be back. I love the ambiance of this place. Very clean.

Food was good. Our waitress did her best to make our meal positive.

Great little restaurant, I go every year for me birthday and it has a special place in my heart
