Ice cream was really good. They don't do samples which I assume is a covid thing

Staff was great! There was quite a line there but it moved fast because the guys running the counter were good at what they do and worked well together. We had the ice cream and it was good but they also have acai bowls if you are looking for something a little different.

Overpriced, very little ice cream for what you pay for. We ordered Sunday’s and was not given any nuts even though we specifically asked and barley any hot fudge, also with the Sunday’s there was more whip cream than actual ice cream. We also order plain coconut and Superman ice cream was mixed in, we were also asked if we wanted to leave a tip before we got our ice cream. Over all a very bad experience. Save your money!

Loved this funky little place. Felt more authentic and less cheesy than most places around. Obviously a lot of love put into it. Service was very friendly, atmosphere wonderful, Ice Cream fantastic. Wish I had time to try one of the Ahi Tuna Pokes. Next year.

Service left much to be desired. We located them online and they posted they were open until 10 pm. We drove 12 miles from our hotel because our daughter was really hungry for an acaí bowl. We got there about 9:30 pm on Thursday and were told that they stop making acaí bowls at 7 because they are usually too busy at that time. We pointed out that we were the only ones in line and there were no other customers, but the young male clerk refused. Their explanation didn't make any sense and obviously "The Spot" doesn't need any more customers! In addition, couldn't they have posted this information online and save people the disappointment!?

This place is perfect. Are you into the ordinary scoop ice cream on a waffle cone? Boom they got it!! For the adventurer or even the health nut they have the “açaí bowls” which is amazing, different, satisfying, healthy and fun. I will be back to visit when I’m in Nags Head!

The line moved very slow and the ice cream was really soft. Was melting before we got to the car. The workers were friendly and place was cute but a little dirty.

The ice cream was really good! The staff was friendly and very upbeat. We enjoyed eating ice cream on their wrap around porch.

The vibe here is super groovy. We love it and have come back several years while in the OBX. The ice cream is very good--definitely comparable with anything in Nag's Head. And it's reasonably priced. The artwork featured is awesome. You can sit indoors or out. They have pretty decent coffee, too! Recommend!

I gave this a five star because the kids love it wasn’t really my kind of thing but my daughter needs an acai bowl at least once when we are in the area. As far as ice cream it was good very small inside area and I can see how it would be crowded in the summer for a treat to cool you down:)
