Clutch Coffee Bar

I went over this afternoon to get some drinks for me and the family and the Crew at Plaza did not disappoint. Dylan and his team were able to quickly get what I had requested with a smile and laughs.

Great value. Friendly staff Imani was just all smiles as she ensured I got my near ritual Base Jumper this morning. She knows what it takes to bring a smile to a guy's barely awake face.

I'll start with saying that all staff has never been anything but very nice, however, I am not sure if they just have too many people in there at once or they are not trained properly but this is the 3rd or 4th time I've been in in 3 weeks and not once has my coffee been good. Order a cloud 9 every time and the first 3 times it tasted like solid chocolate even though I continuously ask for them to put more coconut in. Today I specifically asked for extra coconut.. it took about 5 minutes to make the drink and I could hear an employee saying they messed it up..so they took another minute or so I guess to "fix", wiped the container and gave me my drink. What I received was little more than chocolate water(not at all frozen which I had ordered), which was pretty gross if you have ever had chocolate water. I didn't bother turning around because they already had 5 or 6 cars behind me and I needed to get going. I really wish I didn't have to leave a bad review but a $6 medium drink is too expensive to continuously mess up. We probably won't be back :(

I always enjoy going to Clutch . First thing is top notch staff very friendly and helpful with choices to help you choose a great drink. Second they always have great music to listen to while you wait. Third and finally great coffee and green teas are my favorite.
