Five stars is not enough! The staff is always very friendly and the service is always fast. Tried the sausage, egg, and cheese waffle sandwich for the first time this morning and I have to say it was amazing! It's like a Mcgriddle, but like 100x better. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I love going to Clutch! All of the employees are ALWAYS polite, smiley, and friendly and I have never had a less than perfect experience there! If you make small talk with them while waiting for your order, they will happily chat with you, and they are just so NICE. If you don't wanna talk and prefer to sit quietly, they pick up on that and let you be. It is literally the perfect coffee spot. Everything is so good, and it's affordable. It is less than 6 bucks for the large, which is about the size of a McDonald's large soda, so you definitely get your money's worth. I tell everyone about this place. It's my Wednesday after-work treat!

Thought this was going to be quick but the girl kept giving the car ahead of us more and more stickers and talking. You order with the girl who stands outside. I don't get why they don't just have a drive in to order from. Even though at the menu it says to order at the window which makes no sense. Seem like they need to work at that.

We honestly will not be coming back here just due on the wait alone. Although the place looks like it would just crank out drinks left and right (literally), it does not. The operations manager has to figure out a quicker way to get people through. We had two cars leave in front of us and the wait was still long. This was not due to a long line. You order at the window so they don’t create a queue to move people through quicker. The information is plugged into a handheld device which clearly is not a quick process for a two person order. And the employees although kind and relaxes are too chill - finishing their conversation before handing the drink to their customer (note that this last portion was only an extra 30 seconds tops in the grand scheme of waiting).

Friendly. Fast. And flipping delicious.
One time, they gave me a free drink because they wanted to make sure the expresso was just right — it had taken a minute longer for them to get it just right.
Every time I grab a drink, the hosts of clutch talk to me. I go there often now they know me by name. Shout out to Abbi for being awesome.
Did I mention the prices can’t be beat ?!
