Clutch Coffee Bar

Clutch deserves more than 5 stars. When I know that I'll be in the Mooresville area or passing through, I deliberately see if Clutch is on my way and if it's not, I make a part of my trip. Clutch has become such a special place to my family for so many different reasons. The most important reason though is my mom. My mother was a fighter and she fought cancer for 5 years. After every chemo, when she felt her worst, Clutch was her go to. When nothing else tasted good, we could always count on Clutch. She's been to 3 out of the 5 NC locations - that's how much she loves their coffee and customer service!

Mom was all about paying it forward and taking care of you - whether she knew you or not. When she passed, my sister and I knew we had to honor her in a way she would love. We reached out to Clutch E Plaza and they came through for us! What an absolutely amazing group of people! They were so incredibly patient with us while we worked out our plan and were so accommodating with our request for 100+ gift cards. I cannot sing their praises enough and I know you brought happy tears to Mom's face.

Both Clutch locations have an amazing staff - Sam, Tori, and Zach - you guys are my absolute favorites and thanks for putting up with me and my emotional self.

Shay was the best today! So friendly and even recommended things to do this weekend in town. Coffee taste the same every time, it’s perfect! And my son loves getting the frozen lemonade with different flavors. Hands down the best coffee in NC. Thanks shay!! 🥰

This is the best clutch coffee I’ve ever been to. The people here are awesome, especially CHLOE! The environment is always super welcoming and friendly, everyone has such great energy. They make you feel like you’re not just a coffee crazed regular, they make you feel like family. Even when they’re busy and the line could be around the building, I’m still out of there in no time. I’ll go out of my way to come to this Clutch.

One of my favorite local coffee shops! They deserve more than 5 stars! Every time I’m in mooresville I make it a point to stop by. The staff is always friendly and welcoming! Also the service is the best you can come by! I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area you won’t be disappointed.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Having never been there, they pointed me in the right direction with a hot "base jumper" mocha. Very good.

I love the young peeps! They're fun and always super positive and ask about my day😊! Brightens my day! That in itself is enough to keep me coming back aside from the exemplary service. The music is awesome too! The world needs more of this environment.

Highly recommend Clutch! Great coffee, friendly staff and most importantly a business that seems to genuinely value their customers. Sometimes there’s a small wait but I would much rather wait a few minutes for my coffee and be greeted by kind individuals who seem thankful to have their job than be rushed through a line by rude employees, miserably working for a chain that does not care if you ever come back.

Came to Clutch today, with my wife Dana, to get her daily Carmel Macchiato. As always it was Wonderful! What was even more OUTSTANDING was the FANTASTIC customer service received from IMANI. She took the time to engage and made our experience so genuine and fulfilling. SUCH A HAPPY SOUL. Not only does IMANI know her coffee, she really knows her eyelashes too. Lol. Such a pleasure seeing you! Thanks!
