Clutch Coffee Bar

This was my first time trying clutch and honestly I'm sad... SAD THAT I WAITED SO LONG! This place is awesome. I was greeted by someone walking up to my window, which honestly scared me half to death. As a new person I had no idea someone would walk up beside me, ha! I explained to him that this was my first time and he helped me make a decision. I got a sugar free cloud 9 and it was so delicious. I'm so impressed by the amount of sugar free flavors they had. A lot of places done carry that many. By the time I go to the window my drink was made. Everyone was super friendly and made this experience effortless. Trying a new place with so many options can be overwhelming for some, but I didn't feel that way with the help from the staff. Excited to try a few more flavors!

I have been a customer for years because the frozen base jumper rocks my world. It gives me my caffeine kick to start my day with energy and clarity of thought! I savor each sip throughout the morning. The kids who work at Clutch are always friendly, cheery and empathetic. If you want to share something about your day with them, they listen and offer encouragement, compassion and warm vibes. I am always impressed by the youth working at all the CLUTCH locations. I highly recommend a visit to CLUTCH!

such a delicious iced vanilla oat milk latte!! not too sweet which i love. their espresso is very full bodied and strong and pairs great with their choice of syrups. the service is always excellent and fast. amazing if you’re short on time! i definitely intend on being a regular here because the experience is a 10/10.

This is my cup of joy! I love everything about Clutch… Friendly staff, great coffee, and they carry my absolute favorite sugar-free mocha flavor!

I got an expresso with a double shot and it was very harsh maybe I needed to ask for more sugar or flavoring! My kids said their hot chocolate was great! The service was an A+++ even though it was liked 25 degrees outside and,she at my window! I gave an extra big tip just because of that!

Great employees who love helping customers. Many fun coffee drinks (and the expected ones like Lattes and Espressos too). The drive thru is quick, and when there is a line of cars, they come to your car (with a smile) to get your order so they can make your order quickly! They are always very polite and helpful and I always feel good when I leave with my hot (or cold) drink.

Was very disappointed in the lack of customer service that I experienced today. The double drive thru causes all kinds of chaos if employees do not manage it properly. I patiently waited for my turn to come around the building(leaving enough room for the other drive thru to pass), then not one but two cars come flying in and cut in front of me. I said something to the person taking orders and he just shrugged his shoulders. So I left without getting served as the employee and rude customer had a good laugh. I WAS a loyal customer for over a year, spending just under $20 a day, now I will NEVER visit your establishment again.

Awsome place!! I go there very often, so often that they remember my order and basically have it ready when I pull up. Always very nice people, greet you with a smile and ask how your day/night is going. They treat you like a friend instead of a customer. This is why I wont ever go to Starbucks EVER!! Thank you clutch in Mooresville!

I was in the area and ordered a black cup of coffee. This was by far one of the best cups of coffee I ever had. Not sure if they sell their coffee by the bag but if they do, I would love to get some! Really great quality!
