Big Buck's Homemade Ice Cream

Came on Fourth of July and the employees were rolling their eyes at a little boy wanting more than one ice cream bowl? Absolutely disgusting customer service

We all tossed our melted icecream. Very disappointing and we should have asked for our money back. Icecream isn’t supposed to turn to liquid in two minutes of it being served the place that was there before had the same issue. Sad

I ordered cookies and cream ice cream and it was runny abs melted. The flavor was ok, I think it would’ve been better if it was frozen. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast.

Outdoor window is only serviced by one person so if you go I highly recommend using the indoor counter, but the ice cream was delicious and definitely a different style as my brownie Sunday came with a tiki umbrella very cute and productive for such a young staff

I give 3 stars cause the ice cream was good. But the service wasn't very friendly. And I order a cake cone and they didn't even put ice cream inside the cone, just on top. So for the very expensive price I got a small scoop of ice cream. It was disappointing!! So while yes the ice cream was tasty. I will not be returning.

Husband took the kids last week and was highly disappointed. Similar experience to other reviews. Overpriced for what you receive. Ice cream was melting, way too soft. 8 dollars for a waffle cone and small serving ice cream is outrageous even considering being in a resort area. Staff service ok, nothing special. Just an ok experience.

Really cute place! Friendly staff. Not too pricey for what you get and homemade goodness :-) Tons of ice cream selections. Tons of chocolate goodies too. Like another person mentioned, huge portions!! We will definitely come back!

We both had the brownie sundae. It was just average. I have had better ice cream from the grocery store. Wasn't bad, it just wasn't anything special. I would recommend getting a cone, the sundae was in a tall contraption that was difficult and messy to eat. Also the spoons were really flimsy and made eating very difficult.

Extremely overpriced. Ice cream was about the same as Breyers you can purchase at Food Lion. Will not make this mistake again.

Got a frozen double Expresso drink. The young guy(kid) behind the counter(07/21/2020 at about 8:30pm) needs training on how to mix, measure and blend frozen drinks. Way too much liquid and very little ice. When I got it, it definitely was not frozen, just cold iced coffee without the ice. Although the flavor was good and strong, I asked for a frozen drink...
