Biagio's Event Venue

A hidden gem in old downtown Jacksonville. A restaurant/coffee shop with lots of cool ambiance located in a beautifully renovated 1901 era general store. The food is very good as well.

The wine tasting is great. Service was slow and the atmosphere divine. Today is 4 February 2018 and my son and I decided it was time to visit Biagio's again. This time he had pancakes and I had chicken and waffles. The food was good the customer service has not improved since my last visit. I was not in a rush so that was not a show stopper. I did have to make corrections to my drink, ask for flatware, and request certain items missing from my waffles. I did not receive my refills so that has brought them down in stars due to the service.

This hidden gem located in downtown Jacksonville is magical...divine...BRILLIANT!!! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food is PHENOMENAL, the service is beeyond A.A. (Above Average) and it doesn't stop there!! Live music AND karaoke on weekends, poker tournament, wine art, trivia!! Just when you thought it couldn't get any better Bhooom! Signature cocktails, wine , craft brews. The experience is heavenly, as heavenly as their homemade desserts! Above all, the staff, The hosstesses with the mostesses! Each have their own custom charisma that turns "a place to eat" into an adventure of enchantment and grandeur. The only "But of Biagios" (bad thing) is leaving....leaving spellbound! Hands down 5 stars, 2 cutleries up !!

This place is amazing. The staff are wonderful and friendly. We were introduced to a Mexican mimosa and it was absolutely amazing. Each experience is absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere is incredible.

The coffee is great and the baristas are very knowledgeable. The menu is delicious! The food is all handmade and fresh. The place has a very funky vibe to it.

I’m sorry this restaurant is a joke. Waited over 40 minutes for a salad. There’s lipstick on the glassware. This is a poor excuse of a restaurant. Can’t talk about the coffee because I didnt order any because this is ridiculous.

A very big place where it didn't have to be. They don't have a set thing that they do... They do coffee but they also do food and fine dining. I don't know which occasion to go in for. It makes it confusing. What's sad is that the coffee that I had at the time wasn't even that good. And I have my coffee black normally.

Delicious food. Stopped on the way to the airport for some hot cocoa, a quesadilla and soup...was absolutely delicious and the service was so pleasant. Thumbs up from me
