Biagio's Event Venue

I came here as a Door Dasher. The order was not received by Biagio's when I arrived, and I was asked to contact the customer to let them know their order was going to take another 20 minutes to prepare. I had the customer's order on my Dasher App, so I was able to relay that to the lovely barista working the floor. In the end I got the correct order, and the customer was happy.
The restaurant itself looked nice, and I will probably be back to try their food in the future.

Excellent customer service and great coffee! This is one of the hybrid small businesses breathing life back into downtown areas. Well worth the drive into downtown, even if just passing through!

Giving them a 3 star only because the food was really good. The service could of been better, I hated that I could see the lady who was preparing my meal. She had a bonnet on and was chewing gum, I thought that was gross. I actually was in a rush and left to look for somewhere else to eat but didn't have time so I came back. Glad I did because me Cuban I had was amazing and on special. I would recommend this place, and actually did to a police officer who was looking for a place to eat lunch.

Pros: Food was delicious. I'll recommend the breakfast steak and the Cuban sandwich. Coffee was great! Nice decor. Very relax atmosphere, perfect to share it with friends.
Cons: You have to order first before getting a table. Menu list did not reflected such a nice place. It was a piece of paper with a plastic protector. We waited a long time before getting our coffees. Actually, they forgot about us. I think the reason for such hiccup has to do with the fact that there was no waiter in the dining room. We had to walk back to the front and remind them of our order. A mop was leaning against one of the table for a long time.
I may sound a little harsh, but I believed Biagio's have the potential to become the place where everybody wants to go for a great coffee or eat great food for that matter! If you just pay attention to the little details, it will be a much better place!
Other than that, I will be coming back again.

This was so different from past experiences. I used to rave about this place to people. Is it under new management? Our server seemed to forget about us, and more concerned about the people up front. I asked for sugar for my coffee. After waiting a while we had to finally go ask again to get it. The coffee was cold by then. We had to ask for a spoon. When we finally got the food we had to ask for a knife to cut it. Lacking good customer service. No apologies, no checking on us, no "your meal will be out shortly", nothing. I work too hard for my dollars, and to not be appreciated as a customer is unacceptable. Last visit.

Simple menu but flavorful food, great calm and relaxing area to spend your time.

When I first started going here the service was good, however over the past year that is not the case anymore. There doesn’t seem to be much consistency with the service anymore. The coffee is always a hit or miss and when you’re paying almost $5 for a cup of coffee you’d expect it to be drinkable, not the case with my experiences there. I must say their food is good, but the wait time can be a little longer than usual.

It's alright the coffee is pretty good but me and my girlfriend went with a couple other people and we both ordered the Italian stallion burger, however we didn't find out until we got them that they didn't have any chipotle mayo and our burgers didn't have any peppers or mushrooms on them either. The waitress was great but kinda disappointed that our food wasn't as it says on the menu. For an 11 dollar burger it would have been nice to have the whole package.

Jesus H. Christ, I have had kidney stones that moved faster than this place. By no means am I in any rush, whatsoever, on this lazy Sunday, but unless you plan on spending 80% of your day just waiting to be seen by someone who has taken orders from others, before you, then you’re better off going and drinking some 3 day old, burnt Waffle House coffee. If the wait staff was any slower, I would’ve earned a service stripe, before I got my drink order taken. Great food, great drinks, but overwhelmingly disappointing service that undermines it all. My advice to you? Call and make a reservation, a week in advance, just to be sure you are seen, within the day.

Love the espresso's. Tried the wings(both carolina gold and blackbeard style). Very creamy, incredibly juicy. All in all, awesome. As for the blackbeard style, Spicy with a hint of heat. Compliments to the wing chef. Keep it up. Hope to come back one day.
