Calders Coffee Cafe

Such a nice little shop with so much to look at and want to buy! Their bagels were delicious and my husband loved the coffee. The staff was super helpful and kind even when they were packed. Just in NC for vacation, but would definitely make this a regular spot of we could. :)

I got a 10 dollar plain bagel with cream cheese and salmon, I also got an egg and cheese on a bagel. The bagels are not fresh there frozen bagged bagels and they don't even put cream cheese on the bagel, they give you the tiniest cup of cream cheese. I'm paying 10 dollars for a frozen bagel and they don't even put the cream cheese on it and it wasn't even enough to cover half the bagel. Than the egg and cheese, it's a frozen mcdonalds egg all they do is heat it up, you'll get a better sandwich at McDonald's for half the price.

Coffee and smoothies were great, but your young employees need to learn how to behave. One of my friends overheard them mocking one of my other friends when she commented how delicious the smoothie was, then, rudely ask my friend to move to the other end of the counter.

Cost 17 dollars for two coffees (one iced latte and a drip coffee). Expensive but delicious and a cute store to stop by.

Apple fritter was 15 days old!!
Honey biscuit was ok.
Cider is good.
Coffee is good.

Coffee, service and atmosphere are great. Food quality leaves something to be desired. Looks and tastes like the pre-made stuff you get from a Starbucks.

Really nice Main St Store front coffee shop. Nice clean tasting fresh roast coffee. Several fresh baked food items and gifts. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some morning quiet and coffee.

Awesome coffee and really friendly staff. Even under new ownership, this Highlands staple remains an excellent coffee shop.
