Oh Dancing Turtle, you are my favorite! You might just be my favorite place in Hatteras apart from the beach itself. Your coffee is delicious and the staff is wonderful, friendly, and entertaining. You are familiar with your regulars, both local and return vacationers. And this year, I love the "celebrate diversity" rainbow sticker you added to your window. I loved you before but I'm more in love with you now. Come in for the coffee and stay for the conversation!

Dancing turtle by far is one of the best coffee and beverage shop on the island. It is great to go there with a group of people because just in case somebody doesn't like coffee they have other choices they also have things a like Bagels and muffins. And just in case your kids don't like that they also have cookies. That is why is coffee / beverage shop is great to go to with anybody.

I love this place. We visit the Outer Banks every year and every year we stop in here for coffee! Live the atmosphere. The coffee is delicious. It's just a cool little place to visit. Gift shop inside also.

This has been my first time going here, my sister's birthday was yesterday and immediately as I came in, I absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere and so did everyone else with me. I love turtles and wanted practically everything in this place, and the food was good and cheap too!!!! Nothing like loose leaf tea and a spinach feta croissant at 8:23 in the morning at the dancing turtle. I can and absolutely will make a trip back here again, no exceptions. 10/10

GO TO THIS PLACE! While staying in Hatteras for the week, Dancing Turtle was a STAPLE daily once we discovered it by bike. Get the coconut hazelnut latte! So delicious. Loved the fettuccine pasta coffee stirrers and paper straws as well. Scones were fabulous. We went three days in a row, and had to stop before journeying back home at 6:30 AM. Check it out! It's adorable!
