Dancing Turtle Coffee Shop

Cute coffee shop. Came in one morning and got a mocha frappe with chocolate chips (no problem), the next morning, the girl tried to lie to me and say they didn't have chocolate chips although they make chocolate chip muffins. I told her I had them in my frappe the previous morning. She knew I caught her in a lie and said she would do it. Came in this morning and they refused to put chips in my drink. The drink was good the times I could have them the way I wanted. Their smoothies are good too.

Best coffee shop in OBX. Coffee is amazing, staff is friendly, and has a relaxed atmosphere. They also sell organic coffee. Went out of my way to come here from Avon and have no regrets. Will definitely be coming back.

The best coffee and a great place to grab some wifi to check e-mails while on your vacation.

This is a personal favorite of mine! Great coffee, great ambiance! The owners/barista team are always welcoming! If you're visiting Hatteras, then be sure to pay this coffee shop a visit!

Great place. Just trying to add an update that they are closed awaiting COVID results.

Our go to spot for delicious coffee treats in Hatteras Village. The baristas are charming and make a great cup. The sitting area is cozy and inviting. The is a nice porch to sit on in pleasant weather too.

Boutique little coffee shop with promise. Barista needs some extra training… he reused frothed milk between drinks (thus milk was separated and not at an appropriate hot temp) and over-tamped the portafilter (meaning too little espresso extracted making for a weaker drink). Will see what other shops are available on the island.

Enjoyed biking here in the morning! If you come later around 10 or 11 be prepared for a little bit of a line. Pastries, smoothies and coffee are delicious!

Such a cozy environment! The shop is so cute, it looks like something out of a movie. Also, the coffee is wonderful!! A must try if you’re visiting from out of town like we were!
