Wonderful coffee shop -- it was warm, welcoming and friendly. You get service with a smile. I went on a Friday late afternoon/evening and there was live acoustic music that was really great and greatly added to the ambiance.

Fantastic staff, drinks and atmosphere! There's a nice quiet place to work in back or the more lively main room to have a warm conversation with a friend. I loved the door greeters! What a nice touch.

Great first visit, definitely not my last! They make a great first impression by opening the front door and greeting you with a smile and "Welcome to A Special Blend!" Speedy, friendly service, and delicious free-trade coffee.

Lots of seating, lots of natural light, and free wi-fi. Add to that their mission to give valuable employment to adults with special needs and you've truly got a coffee shop community that's A Special Blend ☺️💕💕💕 Can't recommend enough!

My java chip Frappe was delicious, and a wonderful man who works here even opened the door for us! I'm new to the area and wanted to try new coffee shops. We will be coming back to this one for sure!

Being a speech student, our teacher encouraged us to stop by to A Special Blend and take a couple minutes to enjoy the community there. Walking in, I was greeted with a smile of shy faces and I felt included immediately. The store was full of people, all very patient and understanding. This idea I'm sure started off as a dream, and now it's an outstanding reality! I'm proud of the Greensboro community for pushing this idea that everyone is human and everyone is capable of anything they put their mind to. Just make sure you're not in a rush!

A Special Blend is a delicious locally owned and operated coffee house. They offer coffee and espresso drinks along with pastries and other treats. There are plenty of seats available with tables just big enough for your order and a laptop. Their meeting room can be reserved for larger projects. There is great lighting throughout the very clean shop as well.

I was greeted at the door by two smiling faces. Great customer service. Very pleased. Will return. Thank-you for having this coffee shop in Greensboro.
