One of my favorite coffee shops around. This place has some of the best baristas, staff, greeters, and employees around. Everyone has a smile on their face and make you want to smile too because their coffees and lattes are delicious and the fresh-made treats are wonderful too. This is an all-inclusive workplace where the staff all have different gifts and use them to their best ability. Most the staff have a developmental disability and this shop promotes a safe workplace and uplifting environment which is great for Greensboro. My first time in and I loved it! Great coffee and a great staff !! The shop is beautifully decorated and your branding is over the top!! Very relaxing, I will definitely be back.

I love the mission behind this coffeehouse, see their website for details. Plenty of seating and a great meeting space you can reserve. The coffee is excellent and I love that they bring in pastry and breakfast sandwiches from other local places.

I feel that most of these reviews are for the principle behind this place, which is fantastic and if you want to support that, definitely go. If you are going for coffee alone, it's not good coffee. We order a nitro with a splash of cream and a iced latte with one flavor. Not a complex order and yet we had to explain how to make both and honestly the nitro coffee itself was stale with a burnt ground flavor. VERY harsh. The Latte did not even include a full single espresso and we gave up trying to explain how to make it to the 3 workers there. I love coffee and for me, I'm not going to visit this place for coffee. If I do, it is to support the mission of this place.

You will love coming here! I ordered a PSL with soy and it was great! My husband ordered the dirty chai and it was really nice also. The employees are chatty and the wait wasn't long. I love that I'm giving $ to a place making a real difference in the community.

I have two criteria for my coffee shops: comfortable seating with tables and lavender syrup (if you haven’t ever had a lavender latte or mocha, you’re seriously missing out). A Special Blend has both of those and more. I’m so glad I found this spot. I’m in grad school and it’s becoming my favorite place to study and work in Greensboro.

Hands down the Best Coffee with the best service anywhere. Greeted with a smile, thanked for the business, very clean and well kept (unlike most large coffee chains), and its local. Great way to start or end the day. Thank you for what you do.
