Pros:
-super clean space.
-varied seating options
-looks like there’s a separate room for remote workers or groups that need a meeting space. I loved that
-I like their name-calling concept of giving people different adjectives such as joyful, cheerful, etc.
-specialty drinks are lovely

What I recommend:
-the lumberjack latte!!
-surprisingly, their savory scone. I’m not a scone person, because I usually think they’re too hard, but they warmed it up for me and it tasted so good. If you’re looking for something small, light, and savory, I highly recommend

I have heard about this place and this is my first visit. I will definitely be back. The staff is friendly, the location is very clean, the coffee is amazing and the concept is really freaking cool. I enjoyed a vanilla latte and a strawberry smoothie.

My iced latte was excellent and the broccoli cheddar quiche tasty. Good price, comfortable atmosphere and prompt, cheerful service. But what really sets the place apart is the spirit of love and community within the four walls. What a wonderful idea to blend employees with special needs and well-trained management into a winning combination. Special Blend is my favorite coffee shop in town.

As a tourist I have to say this place is a great way
to start off your morning. Everyone that works
here is super nice and will be happy to help you
with anything you need. I ordered a peach
smoothie and I can tell it was made with love and
care. Super good environment, super clean, and
super inviting. Everyone here puts a smile on your
face the moment you walk in. Highly
recommended.

This shop was close to a store I wanted to go to, so I stopped by to get a coffee!

The interior is so great. There's booths, separate tables, and a semi-private area with living chairs (the comfortable kind, I assume, someone was sitting there so I wouldn't know). Very cool layout. I can definitely see me coming here for more than just coffee.

I had one of their holiday specials (the hot cocoa bomb latte) and it was the best coffee I've had in the city so far. I also had their deep fried apple ice cream, which is amazing. It tastes just like apple pie and I think it's got pie bits in it. They also drizzle syrup of your choice on it, which was great. I also ordered a cookie, which was warmed up for me. All my orders were made really quickly.

My coffee cup came with art on it, which was really cool because most stores don't really decorate their cups or just slap their logo on there and call it a day. I'm definitely going to come here again, and I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Loved our quiche and breakfast sandwiches (for lunch). 😊 The staff was friendly and helpful and the drinks were yummy. My girls got the strawberry & the mango smoothies. Both were delicious! I loved my iced mocha & my husband had a frozen chocolate drink without coffee. YUM!! Wonderful way to spend a little time before my daughter's gymnastics competition. Also, the bathroom is large & clean. 🙂

The people are 10 stars. The coffee is excellent! The baked goods are fabulous as well. Everything was delicious. My husband and I will stop here every time we’re in Greensboro. Thank you for making our day. You all are absolutely wonderful 😘

Was looking for a new coffee shop to try and I absolutely loved this place! The latte was super flavorful and I love the mission of the coffee shop to employ and help out those with disabilities, a very loving and caring thing to do. Will definitely come back!🤩

First time here after driving by it more times then I can count. So glad I did. This place is so, so awesome and the staff is wonderful! It's a non-profit business that supports and employs our special needs adults. I will be coming back often.

Very friendly local community coffee that has a great cause. Coffee here is fantastic, also try their chai tea latte which is super awesome. And if you like cheese danishes they are really delicious, I saw a couple of reviews who said the danishes weren’t good and lord have mercy those people have issues or just don’t know what tastes good. 5 stars for this establishment. I wish we had more companies like this in our communities. Me and my family will definitely be coming back to this place for coffee and pastries. Keep up the good work!!!
