Ugly Mug Bean & Brew

The atmosphere in here is such a deviation from the typical coffee shop. It’s steampunk but cozy! The coffee isn’t too sweet and the food menus is more diverse than the run of the mill pastries, but they have those too just in case.

Quirky and lively cafe in Garner. Fun place to grab a coffee and meet up with friends.

We always get coffee here and it’s always awesome. We order online and pick up in the store. It’s always ready when we get there. 10/10 recommend.

Staff helpful and friendly, not too pushy and able to answer questions. Interior was quite dark in coloring and lighting. Food was tasty and portion size of salad was huge. Excellent chai.

I wanted to try a new place for lunch and even though my drink came out in a timely manner, I waited 35min for a to go order of salad, grilled cheese, and fries when the people that ordered dine in seconds before me got theirs in about 15min. That’s pretty wild honestly

This was my first time at Ugly Mug but it mostly definitely won’t be my last time!! Awesome atmosphere , super friendly people and the food and coffee are fantastic!! I am happy to say I have found my coffee spot in the area!

Went with a friend to hangout. The beverages took a while, I believe since they are short staffed. Ordered a frozen chai latte. They use the same I buy in walmart, nothing over the top. The place is nice!
