First time visiting City Grill and we had a good experience. We had a large party and they were able to seat us without having to wait. They were fast and efficient at getting our order and food out to us. I would be willing to stop by again on my next visit in the area.

The place needs a makeover. Donot serve sandwiches on sundays. Waitress was friendly and nice. Food was ok

I have been here a few times with my family as my son attends the area university. The food is delicious and usually the service is good. This time we ordered takeout and the staff member who assisted via phone was less than cordial and messed up the order. We will try it again and hopefully it will be better.

We got excited about City Grill because of the menu, and there was little open in Elizabeth City on Sunday afternoon. We hurried down only to find that the restaurant was CLOSED, even though the website said it was open until 9:30 PM. VERY disappointing.

The food is excellent and more than you can eat. The staff is always very nice and kind. We absolutely love this place!!!! My son always gets the cheesy fries with bacon and his dad get the shrimp, myself I love the clam strips with French fries and onion rings. Wow its great!!!

The customer service here is AWFUL! 8 of us arrived a little after 3:50 and asked that orders be placed to go. Our food took over an hour to come. My appetizer came two minutes before my meal, and one of us didn’t receive our meal until we were leaving. The owner/ manager Mosen has a very nasty attitude towards customers. When we informed him of the situation he handled it very poorly. He became irate, threw his mask while yelling for us to get out of his store. I will NOT be returning to this establishment that serves sub par meals.
