Really disappointed that the staff doesn’t allow substitutions, even for a medical allergy. My wife tried to get the burrito as a bowl (comes in a flour tortilla and she has gluten intolerance), or even just in a to-go container. The employee and manager refused, even though it’s less work and less cost/materials for the same price.

Boyfriend absolutely loved the French toast, super fluffy and swirled with cinnamon. I got a biscuit sandwich and it was amazing. Lavender oat latte is the way to go. No indoor seating but outdoor wasn’t bad at all. Will definitely be back!

Had one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever eaten. It was the huevos rancheros burrito. Really knocked my socks off. The coffee was superb. Highly recommend.

Nice quaint little place with good coffee. I had an espresso and my wife had a pumpkin latte. My espresso was great as advertised and while my wife's latte wasn't bad she did want a little more pumpkin.

We loved their coffee in the mornings and their biscuits with honey. There is usually a 20-25 minute wait on the food, but it is located in a shaded cute area that has lots of outdoor seating. The coffee is wonderful and it is a fun spot to walk too!

Great biscuits and combinations. The wait after the order can be 15+ minutes buy it is well worth. There is a great outdoor seating area to dine at and relax.

We had a poor experience here. The staff is friendly and the iced tea I ordered was good. However my mother is a senior and ordered a breakfast bowel. She made her order a few minutes before their closing at noon. She said that her food was so spicy she could not eat it. There was nothing on the menu to indicate spice and no one said anything to her. She ended up throwing her breakfast away. My brother got eggs and sausage and the sausage seemed as though it had been recooked at the outside was so hard it was just tough to bite through. I did taste that and it was not good at all. After they closed they did not indicate they were closed with a sign so people kept forming a line to order. Myself and other customer had to notify people they were closed multiple times! Just a poor experience all the way around.

Excellent coffee. Very friendly service. Best bacon egg and cheese biscuit I've ever had! The whole breakfast menu is delicious from what we tried.

The food and coffee is lovely, the place itself is beautiful, and the staff was not only helpful but also very funny and pleasant to talk to. I really appreciate that they’re being sustainable, and clearly care. Overall the best place I’ve been to down here! Their bacon is also quite fun! Very thick

The biscuit sandwich we got was so good, we had to come back one more time at the end of our trip to get another one. Great coffee, insanely good biscuits, and the online ordering process was straightforward and seamless. Lots of outdoor space to wait for your order and/or eat while socially distanced. Appreciate all the thought and care that went into the food, the coffee, and our safety. This is now on our must-stop list for future OBX trips.
