The best, and this is an understatement, but THE BEST biscuit sandwiches I’ve had in my entire life.

They make them fresh to order everyday and all the ingredients are top tier. The bacon is half an inch thick, the avocado is ripe, the crab cakes run out before noon and their coffee game is on point.
Check this place out if you love brunch, breakfast and biscuits. It’s the best spot on Duck for brunch, hands down.

Plenty of parking in the back and a lovely courtyard with lights and live music to enjoy your meal.

My wife and I enjoy a good independent coffee shop so while we were in Duck we tried most of them. Treehouse was the clear winner for both location and quality. Their lattes are excellent! They have a wide variety of syrups to choose from. They are flavorfull and well made. There are also plenty of food options. Their biscuit sandwiches are delicious. One note: The biscuits fall apart very easily and are messy. I recommend eating there or at home as opposed to in a car. Finally, the seating around the location is lovely! Lots of natural shade from trees, plenty of seating, and even a small man-made stream. I highly recommend this place.

The biscuit sandwiches here are no joke. When you see it’s $10+ for a breakfast sandwich you might be like…pass. But it’s worth it. The coffee was solid and the chocolate crumb cake was one of the best deserts my wife ever had. Highly recommend this place and worth the trip and the limited hours.

Don’t bring your family of 9 here and expect it to be a McDonalds, you’ll annoy everyone else that’s there to enjoy real good food. Patience. Breading on the chicken is very good. Obvi, biscuits are legit. They move the line quick to order but they take their time to make the food right. If you place an online order do it about an hour early and then go pick it up if you are too impatient to wait.

Great - the best - biscuits and stout latte (yum) but order messed up due to cash register and waited a long time. Also no longer have ceramic mugs and way too many disposables - prob leftover from Covid days would be nice to see less of that now. A popular spot. Yummy!

I was so so surprised about the “The Press” sandwich I got with a friend. It was DELICIOUS. Everything went so well together. The smoked brisket was good, not dry at all.

✨their biscuit was a must-try as well. It was sweet and salty at the same time. I had it without anything, and it was wonderful still!

A spiritual experience. This brisket sandwich changed my life. Espresso was amazing. Biscuits melt in your mouth. Ok I’m drooling just writing this. Run don’t walk + get there early!!!

Yummy breakfast and coffee! You will want to share as the portions are large! Iced lavender and honey latte! Awesome! Great sausage! Visit every time we go to Duck!

Amazing food. We waited 45 minutes in line and then 25 minutes for the food, but it was very busy. I ordered a latte and it tasted like they forgot the espresso. It was the milkiest latte I've ever had. Maybe order a double shot if you get one. Also you cannot request no cheese if you have a dairy allergy.

I ordered a head of time online so didn't have to wait in line. Close to the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had in my life. I got the bacon,egg, avo. Biscuits are ridiculously good. And really big. I will definitely seek this place out again.
