Duck Donuts

Worth the wait! These are great donuts. What a variety!

Well run, ordered 4 dozen and we were in and out in 20 mins. Get there early.

The best donuts we have ever eaten amd that is sayinh a lot!!

Long line, but worth it. Fair prices. They have paper and pencils inside on the left to place your order. Donuts were fresh and warm when I got them.

Everyone we talked to before going to OBX said "You have to go to Duck Donuts!", so we did.. and so did everyone else in the area. The line to order was about 20-30 minutes and then 20 more minutes to get the donuts.

Be prepared to wait I guess. Be prepared to have really good donuts though!!

3 stars, I guess? Got there at 7:15 am. Line was way too long and not moving. Went to Harris Teeter bought store made donuts. Which were delicious.

I've been hearing about these donuts for years from friends and family who've come down here, so I gave it a shot. I made the mistake of waiting until 8 to go thinking a Wednesday morning wouldn't be that busy, but boy was I mistaken. After 2 hours standing in line out in the sun I finally got into that wonderful smelling shop to put my order in. About 30 minutes later my 2 dozen came out, and they were well worth the wait.

Here's a tip though, order them online the night before, schedule your pick up time, and get there 10 minutes or so early so you can get a close spot to sit in the ac while you wait for your number to get called (or take a child you can bribe with a donut to stand out in the sun to wait).

Online says open Saturday and Sunday 7-1 but the Corolla location is closed. We’ve watched about 15 other people show up and leave thinking the same thing. We love their donuts and there are a lot of very disappointed people!

Amazing donuts and a good system. Considering the size of the store and the massive amount of customers they had, we had a very pleasant experience.

If I wasn't on vacation then I would skip this experience. Friendly service and the lines moves quickly but I got there at 645 and didn't get my donuts till 730. Just know it takes time. But the sad thing is I have one 15 minutes from my house with no line. This is a do one day a week but their donuts are delicious fresh and warm when eating immediately.
