Tea is delicious and the staff is helpful if you don't know where to start. Today when I went in there was a person who became irate over something very foolish and the manager handled it so well. This really is a safe space and it seems like a place that stands up for their staff as well. I'll be returning as often as my wallet allows :)

This is the real deal. I’ve made a lot of boba and tried a lot of boba and the quality of the tapioca here is some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The flavor of the honeydew milk tea was impeccable - it’s not easy to make milk tea that’s intensely flavored but still respects the tea base. So excited to have a boba shop in Asheville that treats bubble tea like the art it is!

I've only been here for a half hour and already I love it! It was such a good move for this business to share a place with the Hop! Great family friendly atmosphere (although it will also work for couples on a date), excellent variety of teas and toppings to choose from - especially perfect for summer!

I'm not really a bubble tea lover, so I can't pretend to know "great" from "good", but the drinks are beautiful and the service is outstanding. Prices are exeactly what you'd expect them to be, if you pay any attention at all to the menu, and in line with similar treats at other places around town.

Super friendly and helpful staff, drink was great.
Would have been 5 stars all the way, but we waited over 45 minutes for one drink.
It wasn’t because of short staff or super busy. The staff, and who I presume is the owner, spent at least half that time standing there talking.
I’m not sure if it was a one time thing, hopefully it was.

This was very unusual experience - they wanted to charged $1 for no ice, $1 for tapioca and the drink is already $5/$6. I have had boba drinks all over the US and never once had this happen. In the end, the owner tried to make it right by not charging for the NO ICE but my drink tasted watered down.

Mediocre and pricey! Once you've tried true Boba Tea in Los Angeles or New York City, both with large Asian Communities (Boba Tea originated in Taiwan), Pop Bubble Tea just can't compare ... it's just a poor cultural appropriation of the real thing.

Unfortunately super disappointed. The powder is mixed upon each cup and it’s just a grainy mess. I LOVE bubble tea and this was not a good experience. Unsweet, grainy, and I also watched them run out of fresh tea and pour something from a white labeled jug.
Typhoon Noodle or Bluebird are much better tea spots!
