Wonderful experience at Pop Bubble Tea. I say experience because whether you're new to bubble tea or not, Pop is for you! The atmosphere and adorable staff are top notch. Everyone is super helpful and able to make suggestions for your first or your fiftieth bubble tea. If you haven't tried it, go! Fair warning, you might just end up with a bubble tea habit!

This is the best bubble tea place in town.
They have the Taiwanese toppings you don't often see at other places, like aiyu jelly and grass jelly. If you're feeling adventurous, or if you're from Taiwan like me, give these flavors a try!
If you just want a traditional bubble tea, I usually get it half sweet so you can actually taste the tea and the tapioca pearls, as they are both quite good here. And they have a few different tea options, too!

I LOVE Pop Bubble Tea! It’s so exciting to have an authentic and high quality bubble tea spot in Asheville. After my first visit, I was hooked and knew I’d be back (many times). The owners are so friendly and seem so passionate and enthusiastic about their work, it’s very endearing. The tapioca bobas and the egg pudding are some of the best I’ve had, they’re the perfect amount of chewy and the flavor is superb. My go to is a large black milk tea, half ice, half sweet, with tapioca and egg pudding. But I don’t think you could go wrong with any of their amazing teas! Already looking forward to my next visit!

We took the family for bubble tea. Great experience. The drinks were great. We ordered one to go for someone at home and they did charge $1 for no ice (so it didn't get watered down on the drive). I was ok with that since you end up getting more tea. Will definitely return.

I am so happy to have been in town for the opening of Pop Bubble Tea. When I looked at all the offerings, I was a little intimidated as I have generally stuck to the simple bubble tea drinks at another places. During my first visit to Pop Bubble Tea, I stayed safe with a matcha brown sugar latte. Well, I'm so glad I had the opportunity to really taste what authentic bubble tea tastes like. Just wonderful. Next I decided to try Universal Love from the Special-teas menu. What a deliciously fun choice. Yesterday I went back to a tried and true fruit-based tea with mango toppings. All three of these very different drinks show what an awesome opportunity you lucky folks who live in Asheville have to experience authentic bubble tea immersed in Asian culture. I'm really looking forward to my next visit.

Happiness in a cup. I'd like to say all the drinks are amazing and I've tried all of them in the many visits I've made here over the summer but I can't, only because I'm stuck on the PERFECTION that is Peach Oolong + Aiyu Jelly. Pop Bubble Tea has the loveliest and welcoming staff, cute treasures, and incredible drinks. Do yourself a major flavor favor and get hooked on this place too! <3 <3 <3

Phenomenal bubble tea is finally in WNC. High quality ingredients combined artfully with genuine care and knowledge make Pop a magical place to visit. My son and I have developed a weekly habit, as this is the best bubble tea we have ever had. The owners are truly gracious and kind and the lovely Eva, enjoys sharing her childhood traditions with all that come in the door. Everything is delicious but you must try the oolong milk tea with coffee jellies made from local Pennycup coffee. Amazing!

I think that this place is really nice! I really liked the authentic setup and I thought that the tea itself was really interesting (I ordered a rainbow otter tea). My only complaints are that I think that they put WAY too much sugar in my drink and so it was overwhelmingly sweet at some parts and that the tea itself is kind of on the expensive side being 7-8 dollars before extra toppings and tax. So I think that if I were to change two things about this place it would be the sugar ratio in the drinks and the prices but other that that I thought it was great.
